Very nice 6 foot wooden flag pole and mounting kit. My only suggestion to improve the product is that the swivels use metal rather than nylon screws. This would allow the screws to bite into the wood a little bit and make it unlikely to break the screw by overtightening.

As I was explaining to my oldest granddaughter, 6 yrs old, that each state has its own flag, I looked up online what it looks like. Your site came up, so purchased 3 small NJ flags, 1 for myself, and 1 for both daughters who are homeschooling my 6 young grandchildren. They are great to have, along side the USA flags.

As a district, we do not have a lot of money to purchase things for instruction, let alone flags. While it is a requirement to have flags in every classroom in Texas, we did not have holders or matching flags. US Flag Store, with their reasonable prices, gave us the ability to purchase the same size flags and holders for every classroom.

Only half of the order was received despite the full amount was charged to the credit card. It took a phone call and a follow up email plus an additional wait of 5 days to receive the completed order. I plan to make additional purchases and hope this does not happen again.

The 25' pole was precisely made and fitted together perfectly. It was easy to erect with the aid of my wife, who prevented the base from slipping as I raised the pole.
One correction to the instructions: only 1 1/2 bags of 80# Quickrete were needed to fill the hole around the 3" PVC sleeve provided by United States Flags. I did dig it to 2' depth and made it 12" wide at the top and bottom.
I liked the products and the reviews were favorable.
It was what I wanted: a 25' pole, made in sections.

I ordered an engraved brass plate. With filling out forms, sometimes a typo occurs. It would have been nice if someone would have questioned it and emailed me to see if it was correct. After receiving it, I immediately ordered a new one because the product is economical and delivery is fast.

I bought two flags for our company. The first rain storm we had, the red stripes bled into the white, and turned to white stripes pink. I shipped a new flag and told to not let the flag get wet. I am confused as this product is supposed to be used outside.

I ordered a 25' commercial flag pole with decorative ring. The ring showed up but the flag pole did not. One call to customer service and another pole was shipped out. (I still don't know where the first one ended up). Very happy with the product and the service. Decided to purchase an LED light as well. Absolutely recommend purchasing from this company.

Everything went smoothly. From search to delivery, everything happened just as it should. The only thing I would have preferred differently, is that the flag would have been rolled around the stick without a fold.

Ordering was easy, BUT there were no instruction on how the poll light had to be attached on top of poll.I do not have a screw ornament on top of my poll to hold the light.and I'm not sure what size ornament screw size I need to purchase…the bottom poll circumference is 9 1/2 " and I think I have a 20 to 25 foot long poll…your help ordering the correct threaded ornament is needed to use the light.thanks art

Ordering this product was super easy, as the website is so easy to navigate with all the details and info that is needed to make the right choice. I loved the pictures, the attention to details as far as measurements, and their prices are quite reasonable. The quality of product is definitely above par compared to other companies and china made products. Ordering from this company was a breeze and an very easy process.
I do not know yet because i just sent the email to get the Gold Ball replacement, but i love the fact that you even put this notice in the box. This was super proactive and thoughtful as I can imagine that the Gold balls can be easily smashed during the travel.

Yes I am very happy with my flags...They are very well made...I do still want to see how the double sided flags are...I use them on my husband's grave...I'm sure he is very happy with them also...They are the nicest flags I have ever seen...They have been making them so cheap looking lately but not yours...However I do think the shipping charge was high but I will pay it as long as the flags remain as nice as they are now...Thank you for making such a nice flag for all our Veterans...

Flag was supposed to be sent automatically when returned was received. That didn't happen even though I was told it was in computer and would be done automatically.
Customer service takes 20 minutes on hold. I gave up and just ordered a new flag.

The flag I received says made in China. But a banner on their website says "when we say it, we mean it" with a banner next to it that states "Made in the USA". Wrong! Very disappointed! I will never order from them again.

I received my flags in a timely manner. They were all individually wrapped and in perfect condition. I will definitely order from here again. I loved the fact that the shipping was free when you order a certain amount and the price as well.

I didn't realize how difficult it would be to find an American flag that was made by Americans. I'm very happy to have found this company. I bought 3 Dozen and the quality is remarkable. There are so many things that are made in China, but I REFUSE to buy an American Flag from that country!

This was the easiest ordering process I've encountered from an online store in a while. The flags were needed for a funeral procession and I found this store only a couple days before the funeral.
