This was the easiest ordering process I've encountered from an online store in a while. The flags were needed for a funeral procession and I found this store only a couple days before the funeral. I was worried, but they were delivered exactly on the date stated and were packaged well. I would definitely order again!

Ordered England flags needed in time for world cup semi-finals so time limited. Used two day service, flags arrived on time and were proudly displayed in our store on Big Bear Lake. Shame we lost in the end!

Emailed a couple of questions to your customer service which were answered promptly and the flag was as advertised, I purchased a flag locally that claimed it was 3 x 5 and it was actually only 33 inches wide which didn't fit my flag pole. Good quality flag and it fit well, also it arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule. Thanks again

My only concern was when I called customer service to ask a question. When the person answered the phone she didn't answer as United States Flag Store, but some other entity. I wasn't sure I had the right number.

I ordered 40 different flags, and they were shipped and received in 4 days. The fact that they came so quickly is amazing. They were all in great quality, except for a few that were not packaged, and those came a bit crumpled which keeps me from a five star. However, this place is great and I will order from them again.

They wanted me to confirm my home address before they could deliver the package with the flags. It sounded odd, so I didn't respond and the package was delivered several days later, Mon 24 Apr, with the address label in tact.

Order came very fast but now I am bombarded with emails from your company which I certainly do not appreciate. If do not need another flag and when I do I will look you up again. Please stop all of hte emails. That is the only bad expreience about the process of getting this flag.

Very nice selection of items! Found what I was looking for very quickly. Then got a text with a coupon code WELCOME to get 10% off, but the coupon code did not work. After contacting customer support, the value of the coupon code was applied to my Paypal account! Very much appreciate that!

I first ordered the case in Sept. I never got notification that it was on back order. I called when we were close to a month out and was told it would probably be in around the end of the year. Sister in law ordered another case from Amazon which we received in less than a week. It is beautiful and has the name plaque attached with matching nails. I tried to stop this order but was told it was already shipped. Got it and had to rummage around the box for the plaque (not attached) and case looked poorly constructred. I sent it back yesterday. Very poor quality for something made in the USA.

The product appears to be of good quality though one flag ring came without its set-screw. While I've decided to treat urn the item the rings because they don't look good on a crime pole, I think they would be just right on a white one.

I was having an awful time trying to jury-rig various silly devices to attach my flag securely to the flagpole. Without the real deal, nothing worked. The flag mounting rings that I just received worked perfectly. No more flags wrapped around the flagpole. Easy and secure!

Love the case but wish there was directions on how to fasten things in the memorial case. With the board being so hard it made it impossible to Mount with pins. For non crafty people such as me I had difficulty figuring out how to fasten.

Our club meets in a private room in a restaurant. This means setting up and taking down all club paraphernalia for each meeting. History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
