I have a degree in history so I have an interest in items relating to U.S. history. I was able to purchase replicas of historically significant flags that are now difficult to find due to the current and unreasonable trend of political correctness, "woke", BLM, etc. Obliterating history is NOT the way to educate people - people need reminders of the past, even if unpleasant, otherwise future generations may end up repeating the mistakes of the past due to ignorance.

I placed the order on 11/26/23 and only just received it 12/11/23. The order seemed to be lost for a while, as it arrived in OH and sat there for 8 straight days according to tracking. So when I inquired about the order being possibly missing at this point, the company responded that it takes 3-5 business days to process and about 7-10 for shipping, which is a bit ridiculous, and not even the question I asked. I only mentioned it hadn't been moved in 8 days and what to do as I thought it may have been lost by UPS. One of the flags came in broken and missing its stick, which I thought was weird that they would send something like that. Otherwise, for the price, they are what is to be expected.
Price, exact size of flag I needed, selection of flags I needed.
I needed these size flags for my Christmas tree and couldn't find them anywhere else.

I expected from the US flag store to have flags made in th US. I purposely sought out flags made in the US. When I called the company after receiving them, I was told it said where they were made on the site. I really did not think I needed to investigate more because of your name. The flags are nice but will be looking again for American made when buying. Thank you Sherry

At this point in time, I have not used the flag I purchased from you. Although the flag I am currently flying is starting to wear, I try to mend them as I go. I try to keep one ready to go when needed. This was the third flag so far that I've ordered in the last two years, it gets very windy up in the bull mountains of roundup Montana.

The order process was simple. The quality is very high. My only complaint is that the pole arrived damaged. Not sure if this is an internal issue or the fault of the delivery service. The company did issue a partial refund and I will attempt to repair the damage on my own. Overall, a very high quality flag pole.

Took longer to receive than originally anticipated. When placing order I read I'd receive within 1-2 days not a week. But, in the end, I did receive them. I guess it'd be DHL to blame (maybe) not United States Flag Store... hmmmm.

I repeated the words Israel and Ukraine 3 times and finally had to spell them. After which she wrote the address to a non-existent street! Product took a couple weeks to finally arrive, in 2 separate batches. I need to re-order and obviously hesitate to use you again!
The Dept must have understood the problem, given the mis-addressed packages eventually arrived, still with wrong address on label. Probably the delivery truck is the entity which figured it out
For obvious political reasons. Why else do people put up a flag?

You should have an option saying "continue shopping" after you have chosen one item and want to still shop. I have ordered several nylon United States Flags from this company. The flags are very well made and the stitching is very well done. The flags hold up beautifully.
Your prices are quite reasonable.
We fly the flags at our park in Fl and I fly mine in NY during the summer.

Website easy to use and checkout. Lots of choices at fair price. Only negative continues to be the spinners that the flag is attached to, where flag continues to get caught. Flag does not turn over in wind. Ongoing issue.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
