I have had many Greek flags under my American flag for decades. My American flag is always well made in sewen strips of tough cloth BUT all the Greek flags, even though they cost more yet, are made from a flimsy thin piece of stamped cloth! Just how much do I have to pay to get a good quality tough long lasting Greek flag? I have also asked this company not to text me but... No more flags from your company!

Delivery time was poor. I won't repeat business with companies who cannot choose a shipper who can get me products I order in a timely maner.

The flag holder was slow in coming (it sat in the Chattanooga, TN Post Office for over 1 week before being delivered to me (10 miles away).
Communication with the company was poor. No response to my non-delivery.

I searched the internet for US flags.
Your 3' x 5' high strength polyester was exactly what I needed to replace a cheap nylon flag bought at Lowes years ago.
I had a cheap nylon flag for many years. I got tired of putting it up on holidays and taking it back down at night.
So I bought a LED flood light and started leaving it up 24-7. It only lasted for about four months.
The polyester flag should last for years. My first wooden, spinner pole broke one of its plastic parts.
Hopefully, this 7' spinner pole with a ball-barring joint will last a looong time and will keep our flag from tangling.

Definitely a quality flag, I purchase these for work (cemetery), this flag is the first one I actually get a year out before needing replacement, and after a year in Nebraska winds, it will just start to fray, extremely pleased so far!

The American Flags are made in the USA (as they should be), there seem to be other parts that come from China, but that is what it is. The price is reasonable, and the products are good quality. Very happy with the real metal toppers.

Variety of flags sizes durability and this questionnaire is a little to many questions. I did a search online and found the flag store and thought i would try it. I purchase flags for our school and our weather has extremes in summer and winter..
I wanted to test to see what kind of flags hold up better in our weather and they had choices.

Funny thing is he was most excited about the flag being shipped from Pennsylvania.

I ordered the flag I wanted--especially excited that these flags were made in the USA, immediately received a response to my order. Within a week, my flag arrived and it looks many times stronger than the flags we've had in the past. Not only is the flag sturdy, the price was more than right for the quality of the flag.
I liked the fact that these flags were made in America. I think the last couple we've had turned out to be made in China. Besides being made in the USA, this one looks like it will last about 3 times longer than the last couple we've had.
Right size, right price and made in America. (That was a bonus. Originally I just searched by size. The price and origin were extras I didn't anticipate.)

No problems ordering and least expensive Flag Set I could find. Instructions for the flag stand would have been appreciated as to what to put inside of stand. I am going to put sand in it to give it some weight. Over all I am happy and satisfied with the whole process.

I can't be more pleased with the flagpole and flag I received from US Flag Store! Most sturdy flagpole and embroidered flag I've ever owned. I got rid of my real skinny flagpole and replaced with a 1.25" diameter pole. You will not go wrong!

The order was easily placed, with receipt projected in a few days. But on the day I thought my order would arrive, I received a vague message that there was some problem. My order arrived the following week, but I didn't receive an updated message to explain the delay. So I am satisfied with the order, but feeling a bit puzzled by the incomplete communications.
If I need to order flags in the future, I would order again from the United States Flag Store.

Easy to use, quality product and quick feed back to any questions. Only problem is that I didn't see measurements for the products I bought and when I went to put the flags in the triangular area, the flags were too big. I ended up removing the square for the document and the triangle for the flag and installing them that way. The case itself was extremely well built and I am still satisfied with my purchase.

I don't know how, but the Thin Blue Line flag that I ordered... well, I managed to miss that it was not the same size as the other flag I ordered, and that it was a printed flag. Nothing wrong with that... just not what I typically order. Not looking to return it, but it's still in the box. We will probably give it to one of our LE customers.
We typically fly 2 flags here at the shop. The American Flag, and then one other. Last time it was a Gadsden Flag. We like the historical flags, but I did not see any on your website when I ordered these. As we hold the LE Community in high regard, I went with the Think Blue Line flag instead of a historical flag.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001.
