I wanted to purchase a Super Tough Christian flag (4x6) but it wasn't available. I find the quality of our previous order unsatisfactory for durability and longevity, so I'm trying the Super Tough American flag. We'll have a usability test. The colors were bright and white was bright when we put it up. We'll watch over the next 6 months to see how it wears.

We needed 17 classroom flags very fast and that's what we got. They came in just a few days and are very high quality. I've ordered a hundred flags several times from US Flag Store and everything has always been very high quality. Very competitive pricing, too.

The price you charged for this flag was way too expensive, but I decided to go with it based on the picture of the flag on your website. The flag I received does NOT look exactly like the one pictured on your site. I wanted navy blue, with a "thick, rounded" moon. I got sort of a royal blue flag with a very thin sliver of a moon. It does NOT look like the one pictured on your website. Too much of a hassle to return it, so we're keeping it. Will probably shop elsewhere next time.

Got my order today, on time, and after 10 minutes in the dryer I put the flags up. They appear to be of great quality and look beautiful. Hope they stand up to the Oregon winter. Well have to wait and see.

Upgraded from the outdoor nylon to the heavier outdoor poly version for high winds and 24/7 flying, and it has performed superbly. Much less movement in the wind, preventing tangling and getting wrapped around the pole. Highly recommend. Made in the USA.

We ordered a flag display case for our late great grandfather who served in WW2 and Korea. He recently passed away at the age of 102 years old so we wanted to honor him with a nice case for his burial flag. I searched for a high quality case that was made in the US and this one was perfect. Fast shipping and great quality.

My initial review was 1 Star.
I called about a damaged Eagle and wanted it replaced. I was told I would have to ship the broken eagle back, pay for shipping, and they would replace the Eagle.
I objected but to no avail.
I got the label and decided to call again. This time the person who took the call took down all my information verbatim. He then forwarded it to management (which the first person was supposed to do but did not!:-(
I was contacted by a lady from management who told me not to send back the Eagle and she would ship me a new Eagle at no charge. She apologized for the way I was initially treated and she would look into it.
I received the new Eagle 3 or 4 days later.
Thanks once again to the man who took down my infor and forwarded it to management. Thanks again to the lady in management that handled my problem!
Thus I changed the 1 Star to a 5 Star!

The flags and pricing were great. The shipping was weird. It was a combination of UPS followed by USPS. The tracking number provided only allowed tracking for the UPS part of the journey. After the post office gets it there is no longer any way to track the package.

I did stumble back and forth only because I didn't seem to thing that either the flags or the pole ran in order. My problem not your. I believe I have purchased my American Flags from your company preveisly and they lasted about 1 year still looking good but not as bright as when new. They are out 24/7/365 so I believe that is good service from your flags. Thank you

This is a very well constructed flag and it has to be to be flown where we live. We are in a windy area and we do take the flag down on extremely windy days. It is a very beautiful flag and it has withstood the test of time outside. We will most likely buy another one from this company if we ever need to.

I can't imagine buying a flag from any other place. They have all kinds of flags of different quality, sizes and prices. If you can't find a flag here that suits your needs, you really don't need a flag.

Timely shipping and receipt. So far we are happy with fabric and construction of flag. We'll see how long it lasts. We have been so disappointed with other flags we have purchased. They haven't lasted very long at all.

I replaced my old flag bought from you that was totally cloth fabric. It was a beautiful flag but the red stripes had faded. I replaced this time with the nylon flag. It's pretty. We'll see how it lasts.

I love to decorate for all the the Holidays. So I am always looking for flags. These flags are EXCELLENT... They are stitched on the ends, so they don't fray as quickly, never found that before. The wood base on the flags are extremely sturdy compared to the kind I get at Lowe's and Home Depot. I bought 36 of them. Plan to give some to each of my kids since they are always looking for flags too. I'll be sure to tell all my friends about this web site..
Well I debated but choose this store BECAUSE of them being stitched and also the fact of the wood base being sturdy. Very few online stores offered that.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fairly quick. I ordered 2 flags at the same time. One from another vendor. Both flags arrived at the same time. I found the other Flag to be of sturdier construction and the price was some cheaper. Time will tell which endures the wind and other elements in eastern NC.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey.
