I love to decorate for all the the Holidays. So I am always looking for flags. These flags are EXCELLENT... They are stitched on the ends, so they don't fray as quickly, never found that before. The wood base on the flags are extremely sturdy compared to the kind I get at Lowe's and Home Depot. I bought 36 of them. Plan to give some to each of my kids since they are always looking for flags too. I'll be sure to tell all my friends about this web site..

Ordering was easy, shipping was fairly quick. I ordered 2 flags at the same time. One from another vendor. Both flags arrived at the same time. I found the other Flag to be of sturdier construction and the price was some cheaper. Time will tell which endures the wind and other elements in eastern NC.

Your suggestion to edit my address omitted my apartment number and changed the name of my town! I would have never received my order if I followed this suggestion. You should correct your "intelligent " software.

Delivery and customer service were another matter. I attempted to call customer service on 4 different occasions, at different times of day, and each time I got an automated call that said they were experiencing high call volume and there would be a 20 minute wait. As for delivery, I received an email saying that delivery was attempted but could not be made. Doing a search, I found that the flag and pole were at my post office, which is 11 miles away (I live in the country). I had to go to the post office and pick it up, because the mail carrier couldn't fit the 7 foot box in the jeep used to make mail deliveries. I suppose if I had chosen the much more expensive 2 day or next day delivery options, this could have been avoided.

Great interaction and technical help to order parts I needed. Missing one small screw for one of the parts, so will word with Flag Store to resolve. Have no worries about them replacing the missing screw.

Easy to navigate, love that Made in USA logo. The product arrived quickly, undamaged and was high quality. Engraved perfectly and love that it was ready to install (I didn't need to provide double sided tape!)

Very easy to use. Did have some problem putting the brass screw into the hardwood staff. The hole had to be enlarged. Additionally, I was confused with the enclosed loop screw since the tassel did not go into it but was shown just laying over the screw. However, the overall quality was good.

Thank you for making such a beautiful frame. I am so pleased that I chose the dark wood frame with the Army emblem. Putting my husband's flag into the frame was emotional for me, but I am very, very proud of how it looks.

Received flagpole but the gold ball for the top was damaged from packing. I called and a replacement is being sent. The flag that was included in the order did not come with the pole. I notified company. I hope its a separate order!

I have bought flags from you before. We moved and could not take the big glad to our new home. The flag pole would not handle it so I purchase a smaller one from a retail store. It lasted 6 months and was torn to pieces. So I ordered a new one from you. It looks so good and will last a long time, just like the last one I ordered from you. Great material.

There were numerous flag material options and it was difficult to decide on the best one for my needs.

We've purchased the Valley Forge Koralex II flag previously and it is a great flag. Bright color, very tough, weather and fade resistant. Our 5' x 8' flag flies continuously. The only negative is that the price has risen substantially since our last purchase.

We had an event coming up for scouts in the area. The flag associated with that area was tattered and not appropriate. We looked for similar sized flags and many places did not have them in stock which i found unusual. We found you sit it was here quick and the scouts put it up for the first time today!

You had what we wanted, and ordering was easy. Thank you for the tracking number but it never worked when I clicked on it. Got a message that the tracking number could not be recognized. Was worried about the order, but then it got delivered today.

I ordered the wrong size flag case. The girls were more than happy to help me out. Emailed me a return label and re-ordered a different flag case for me. Did not give me a hard time about anything. I for one will always want to use your company for anything to do with flags And highly recommend.

Ordered a 3x6' fan. The fan that arrived was 8 inches short, and the top seam was not canvas like advertised. Wanted to return and sales people say they don't give refunds. This is incredible- you send me an item that is smaller than advertised and not the quality that was advertised and now you expect me to pa for shipping to return it. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Very nice and concise website. Easy check out. I originally placed an order for a different 5' x 8' flag from your website but it stated the material was imported, so I cancelled that order and placed another one with for the flag that said it was American made. It just made more sense, if we're going to purchase an American flag that the flag be American made. Customer Serviced cancelled the order immediately and I was able to make the new purchase.

It was easy to place my order and I received it promptly. The flag is beautiful and should last a long time. I recommend this flag company to anyone who is looking to buy a flag.

I think that the should have more staples. I'm somewhat afraid that if the wind get strong the flag may tear from the staff. Other than that I'm very satisfied with the product.

I wanted a better flag because the last one's I've gotten from local retailers didn't hold up well. My neighbor's flag that he'd gotten from you was holding up well so I ordered one and was impressed with the high quality the minute I opened the box.
