I searched online for a new flag to replace the old one that had provided us with many beautiful years of service but had become too faded and frayed (now honorably looked after by local VFW). I wanted a flag made in the USA, found this outfit and decided to try it. The price was higher than for "US Flags" made in China or elsewhere outside US but what was most important to me was both US-made and high quality. The new flag came... it's very high quality -- gorgeous deep colors and excellent construction. Looks gorgeous out on the flagpole.

Our boy scout troop purchased a new American Flag and pole w/ eagle for the altar of our church. We also have a Papal Flag that did not have a pole or cross on top. The order process was easy and the flags arrived quickly.
The flags look great, too. Unfortunately, though, that the flags are a bit too loose on their sticks, so a few of them keep sliding down the stick. Also, a few of the gold finials are not on very tight and have fallen off.

I received the 3' X 5' on Friday however it only had one grommet at the top, the bottom one was missing. I emailed customer service on Saturday and I got an email on Monday. They said they were sorry and could I send a photo. I took three pictures and I called and talked to someone and they explained how to send the pictures. I was able to do that and they told me they would send a replacement and would let me know what to do with the flag with no grommet. I got the replacement flag four days later on Saturday. I called Monday to see what I needed to do with the other flag and they told me to keep it and maybe donate it to some organization or someone. Another feature I liked was when waiting to speak to someone there is a recording that gives the option to have someone call me back without waiting on hold. I did that and both times I was called within ten minutes. My overall experience with everything I did could not have been better!

I ordered these for summer pop bys for the 4th of July. I wanted an American made product, and so much on Amazon is not made in the USA.

These flags in a set of 25 were perfect for what I needed. I am glad I found this store and will make future purchases for all things Patriotic or flag oriented.

The flag I bought only has 2 grommets to fly it with. The flag does not fly well or lay well from the pole. For the price I paid and advertising it as the toughest, it should be made tough with 3 grommets to fly it with.

I appreciate that the customer service, asked me by email to contact them to verify that I had placed my order with my credit card, and that it was not someone else using it and placing their own order. Afterwards the delivery was timely. I appreciate your help.

Called to say the color was darker than traditionsal Greek flag. USFS offered a discount which was much appreciated.

They had exactly what i was looking for to line my circle driveway with flags at the right price. The flags are sturdy with, just the right height to keep from touching the ground, with a nice gold finial.

I requested my direct report to order 2 flags. Within 5 minutes he provided me with a tracking number for my order. Ordering was simple to navigate. I received my order within 3 business days. Perfect quality for purpose.

I've been ordering flags from here for the last 6 years for our towns Memorial Day Observance and placed on the graves of military personnel buried in our 3 town cemeteries. The flags hold up well on the graves.

I replaced the globe that came with the pole with a lighted globe. Would of been nice if
I did not have to drill out the center for the wire. Then a hole for the wire to exit. A bit tricky. I mounted
The PVC tube into cement 16 in. Using a fence pole digger. Do not like solar lights. If you want a couple of picture of my work I would be happy to send them to you.

The flag is well made and shipped in a timely manner. The recipient is happy with the quality and haa it hanging on the porch.

I had a very good experience with United States Flag Store! I needed to order two new Ukrainian flags as the ones I had on display were badly weathered. Sadly, I had hoped the war would have ended by now and that Ukraine would have remained free. I now plan to put out the two new flags along with two U.S. flags to show that my country and I still stand with them! It was very easy to find the type of flag I wanted, the ordering and payment was quick and easy and the delivery was done in a timely manner. I WILL continue to be a customer!

The flag is garbage. All the colors ram today the first time it rained.

I appreciate this company for selling American made products. I also wanted a slightly diiferent size for my flag and was so happy to find it here. Great customer service (I forgot to include my discount code and they were able to add that on to my order very quickly) and speedy delivery as well. I only use USFS to buy flags from.

Our HOA places small flags at the homes for the major holidays. We had some flags similar to what was purchased and some plastic flags. Finally got rid of the plastic ones and replaced them with these. Very happy with them.

Received the flag quickly, only thing is I found the flag at another company for $125 less after I had already ordered.

I had no problems with the experience. The holder was exactly what I was looking for and better than I expected. The Air Force emblem is beautiful. The piece is very sturdy unlike one I had purchased previously from another site.
