The first part of the order arrived very quickly which was great and met the need I had. The second part of the porder took forever to arrive. It ended up arrival 6 weeks after I needed the flag for our university graduation.

I ordered flag pole holders that would accommodate slightly larger than quarter inch flagpole diameter poles. What I received was ones that would accommodate half inch diameter.
I made them work, but it is obvious they are not the correct ones or the ones that I requested.

I ordered my flag 2 months ago and received it in just a few days. Today I receive an email asking if I received my flag. Wow! Are you guys really clueless on if you shipped it or not 2 months ago. That's pretty sad.
I thought I would give you a try and see the quality but I have not taken it out of the plastic yet as I still have a flag flying that is in good condition.

The case needs to be a litlle bigger to accomodate the intended flag size.
Even folding the flag as tightly/compactly as possible results in the
Necessity of using strong force to get the folded flag into the case.
I.e. The edges/corners require significant force getting in to case,
Or folding a smaller triangle results in thickness tha tdoes not allow
The back covering to be held in place.
You really need to make the overall triangle dimension a little larger
And/or make the case deeper to allow for a thicker folded flag.
Other than the case itself, there were no customer service issues.
(I interpret customer service as: ordering, fullfillment/delivery, communications.)

I ordered two motorcycle flag holders, with flags. The flag holders I'm happy with. The flags are junk, I put one on rode approximately 30 miles and the flag is coming apart already. The flag is made out of nylon it's poorly stitched poorly made. Don't waste your money to buy any flags that are nylon from these guys

I had ordered flags of all branches of service to display in my yard for Veterans Day. One of the flags (Army) began to unravel within a few hours after I put the flags out. I was disappointed in the quality of the flags to be used in the future.

I ordered one 3 x 5 American flag, and after order confirmation, I was informed by email it was out of stock, and I would need to order another. I asked for the order to be canceled, and I ordered a different American flag. Both flags arrived, and I was charged for both. While I will eventually uae the first flag I ordered, there was clearly a miscommunication somewhere. Nonetheless, the store is usually top-notch, and I appreciate the American-made inventory.

My order was cancelled, then they emailed me and said it was on the way. Only part of my order was to be sent. All of it ended up getting here but it was very wishy washy. Not very professional.
I was informed by a friend that I could get any flag I wanted. That was not the case. One of the flags I ordered they didn't have, so I chose another and that too was not available.

My order consist of two flags: The first flag was the American flag. It is beautiful, heavy duty, exactly what I want. The second flag with the Canadian flag. It was lightweight, Maple Leaf was not embroidered for the lack of the correct term. Let me explain. Canadian flags I purchased in the past at the Maple Leaf as a separate piece of material. It was stitched onto the flag proper. That would be done on both sides of the flag. Yours is merely printed on and looked very unprofessional. So while I was very pleased with the American flag, I was equally displeased with the Canadian flag. I have since purchased another flag to serve the purpose. I have filled out this questionnaire shortly after my purchase. I presumed that you would read it and reach out to me. Never happened

The flag coming to me is not a fabric-sewn flag, instead of it is a piece of knitting material of nylon, or something such as that. The material that I look at in the picture in my computer impressed me it is the fabric-sewn.

Found the flag I want at the web site without any problem. Tried to place my order with the JULYFLAGS code given to me in an email. Did not work, so had to wait a day and call to place order.
Now that I received the flag and it has been flying for about 1 month, it is already coming apart/looking tattered at the end.
As mentioned above, I called to place the order after the discount code did not work. The person taking my call was very helpful and stayed on the line until I completed placing the order.
Satisfied with previous purchase. Reasonable price (although if the fag doesn't hold up well, the price won't seem so reasonable.

Ordering was easy. However, the 4 x 6 flag I ordered was not 4 x 6 and in order to hand on our farmer's porch vertically, we had to remove the original hook. This has accomodated all 4 x 6 flags we have purchased.
The people were nice, but the flag should have been replaced at no cost to me.

The first order we received we were missing the pole for marker. I called customer service and was transferred around to other people. No communication from anyone u til I received an email that the item was on back order and may not come. Didn't respond to the email because it said after 30 days the order would be cancelled. A couple weeks later we received the item. It worked out in the end but a little better communication would have been appreciated

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
