I loved the first one so much that I ordered three more! The fabric is not sheer, even if it is sheer. They are mostly wrinkle-free and fit flawlessly. I put them in the washing machine on the cold cycle and hang them up to dry. The shirt pairs nicely with a variety of skirts, shorts, and jeans. It plays great when paired with a vest, cardigan, or other top layer. I'm glad I ordered them because they've rapidly become my go-to top for a range of outfits.
Unsatisfied with my clothing purchase, I decided to return for a refund or exchange. I was given a choice of a small refund or 15% off next purchase. However, although I opted for the 15% off my next purchase, they process a $6 refund of the $26.99 that I originally paid for the item. Even though the picture of the item was pleasing, the quality of the item is unsatisfactory. I will not make future purchases from Uoozee. I ordered 3 dresses. I have the nice quality of the product. The customer service is very nice and informative. And the on-time shipment is real. Goodjob guys keep it up.
It seems obvious to me that the majority, if not all, of the positive reviews are completed by people involved with this company. Isn't it strange that the majority of positive reviews are regarding "dresses" and few regarding any other types of clothing as well as the fact they address every issue mentioned in the negative reviews as if trying to refute them.
Quite a few of the negative reviews are very accurate in describing the issues with sizing. I ordered what should have been 1x, 2x, or "one size fits all". One sweater fit. All the other items (a coat, a shirt, and a sweater) were way to small. In fact, the one sweater was so small it is probably akin to a Jr. Miss. Small. I also ordered a pair of boots which are still to arrive. I'm betting they will be too small as well.
There is no decent refund option available as everything has to be shipped back to China, which is obviously very costly. At this point they have indicated I can return the items or keep them and they will give me $20. I spent $162! I would be fearful of even trying to return them as I don't trust I would receive a refund after spending a bunch of money to ship it back.
While the shipping itself did not take that long, it took a long time for them to actually fill the order and ship it. I believe I sent one or two emails inquiring about the status of my order before it finally shipped.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I sure wish I would have read the reviews before I did.
This dress fits well, is nicely made, has an invisible zipper,and other excellent features. I'll include a belt problem. I purchased a tiny.
I received a package with nothing in it! I have tried communicating with the company but have recieved no communication in response. I feel like I've been scammed. Luckily I only spent $30.
These pants are fantastic.They look extremely expensive and fit flawlessly. I've received a ton of praise for these.
It fits well and looks really nice on. The hues are quite vivid. Although not as silky as I had anticipated, the material is still pleasant.
They take forever to ship. Their sizes are NOT the same as US or Canadian and they REFUSE to take returns, as they are in China. Terrible service. Terrible to deal with.
The material is cheap and looks cheap; the return policy is horrible and they ask you to ship back to China at your own expense.
Photos look fantastic but the item I received was badly made & looked nothing like the photo. Dont be deceived! Return postage is also exorbitant!
I have tried their chat option, left my name, address, phone and 2 email addresses and I'm not getting anywhere! Very frustrating.
