I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..

I am very happy with my overall experience with UPLIFT. There's tons of options to customize the desk to make it exactly how you want it. Shipping was quick; however, I didn't receive all the boxes on the original shipping date. There were a few boxes that were delayed a few days, but they still came rather quickly and I think it was an issue with FedEx, not UPLIFT, although I'm not entirely sure. The desk was easy to assemble, and the instructions were simple and clear. The desk is solid and sturdy. Adjusting the desk height is quick and super smooth. And to top it off, the customer service is excellent. Shout out to Steven L. For helping me resolve an issue that was my fault during the ordering process. He was super friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the prompt follow-up email - thanks Steve. I would definitely order from UPLIFT again.

I always dread having to deal with companies RMA process as it's usually a chore and I am the one that has to follow up for next actions. This was not the case for Danielle B and Uplift Desk. Danielle was very polite and very attentive throughout the whole process, even as I needed multiple shipments for replacements. The support, order and engineering teams work well and efficient together to take care of the customer. It is very clear the process is managed from the customer point of view. Danielle & team didn't give me the chance to be frustrated which is rare these days. I really appreciate Danielle's efforts through the life cycle of the case and she has skills that you can't teach.

My desk was unfortunately damaged during shipping, but Sean from customer support promptly handled my request for a replacement. He went above and beyond to ensure it was replaced quickly! Sean was exceptionally helpful and understanding while offering me options to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. He was able to get a replacement shipped the next day!

He resolved the issue within a day or two; he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and I would recommend this company and its services. Great customer service!
I ordered an Eco-Curve desk, and the same day of delivery, I decided to have it installed. To my surprise, the desk top had a dent, and I was a little disappointed as I was going on a business trip and I already had a mess in my office as I disconnected everything to pass to my new desk. I called Uplift, but it was already out of business hours, so I decided to send an email. To my surprise, it was answered the next morning on a Saturday by Jamie Caudle. To my luck!
Jamie was amazing, providing solutions to fix the problem. Anyway, I wanted my desk to be brand new, as I ordered. Jamie was very patient with me and went above and beyond to fix my issue in a timely manner. She always responded to my emails right away, and I always felt like I was talking to a friend.
I was amazed by the level of customer-first mentality, and to be honest, not always do you find that type of service.

I've had my Uplift desk for a number of weeks now and am loving it! Unfortunately, while raising it on Friday, a few days ago, it stopped. Seemed that it just lost power. I called on Saturday, and my call was answered quickly. Jeremy L. Went through the troubleshooting steps with me and we determined that the issue seemed to be the control box. I sent a few pics of the box and connections, and he had a replacement sent right away. I was thankful and happy for the quick response and Jeremy's thorough follow up. A replacement part is en route now, so hoping it takes care of the issue, but as for customer service thus far, I've been very happy. It helps reinforce my satisfaction going with Uplift.

Jeremy Laurel was a great customer service rep. I normally don't write reviews, but Jeremy was very helpful in getting me a replacement for a damaged desk board due to shipping. He was patient, and what I liked the most proactive with satisfying my concerns and following up. The product was exactly what I wanted and couldn't wait to get my repalcement.

Initially, I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of assembling this desk by myself. When I encountered an issue with a screw hole, Jamie Caudle was incredibly patient and guided me through the process, even staying on the phone for 30 minutes while I caught up. I am thankful for his help because I was able to build it myself and the desk is exactly what I'm looking for.
Later, I found one of my organizer pieces broken to which Jamie immediately came to help and started a replacement order.

I had ordered a new desk and the top was cracked and I had called and told them on Saturday or Sunday, I can't remember, but I know it was the weekend and I was able to get a hold of customer service. And then Sean had emailed me about all the specifics about moving forward with a new desktop or just the different options and he was wonderful and every time I emailed him, I got a quick response. He was very professional, and I truly appreciated his Help. I have since received the new one and there was nothing wrong with it. It was perfect.

Great desks that ship fast. The build quality seems good and the instructions are clear. However, one of the things that sold me was their warranty and customer support. Please be aware that their customer support is lacking and are unwilling to help with issues beyond a first or second cursory response.
