“Worst customer service and delivery”

The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..

Harper in customer service was able to walk me through and help get all the most valuable accessories, ensuring I didn't waste money on extra stuff. He provided real world examples of what's actually important to have in standing desk WFH.

I spoke with Upliftdesks customer service and I did not leave that interaction disappointed. Unfortunately my desktop came damaged but Samantha and Upliftdesk straightened that out for me, she got the ball rolling on a replacement being sent right away. World class customer support.

This sit to stand desk has been Wirecutter's top choice for a reason. The product, along with the accessories, are amazing. What really blew me away was the incredible customer service I received from Anthony Tipton afterwards. I called with a question about recommendations on how to touch up a minor ding in a 100 lbs piece of walnut that occurred during shipping. Anthony's follow through with options for "making things right" was the type of service you just don't see anymore. I'm now a customer for life.

Uplift Desks are really great products, I have a few of them! I had a minor mishap with one of the cables. Within a few minutes I was able to get on with customer service and spoke with Danielle who helped me out quickly and efficiently. I'm all set now!

I am thrilled with the desk I purchased. I'm not sure I'll ever use it when I'm standing, but the height adjustment means I have it at exactly the height I want. I added the casters, which makes the desk easy to move to get behind it to run cables, etc.

The desktop was damaged by the shipper and they did a fantastic job of getting a replacement to me promptly.

I would like to thank Avalon Myst for the help issues related to my order.

I recommend their product without hesitation.

Tip for consumers:
This is a very high quality product.

I'm purchasing a second one and I'm going with the regular C frame and not the commercial one. I went with the commercial one the first time around because I wanted to make sure it was sturdy enough.

I have a home office and the commercial frame is great, but it is overkill for my application. I'm in my 60s and I have never had a desk as solid as this one.

I have their 3 draw cabinet, which I like.

I wish they would also offer a lateral file.

I just had an amazing customer service experience with Sam from Uplift Desk. They were patient, responsive, and incredibly informative regarding all of the options I was considering for my recently ordered standing desk. It is very rare to have good customer service these days. Sam was definitley a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend working with Sam on your next Uplift Desk purchase.

My uplift desk that I love was not working because the control box I thought died. I reached out this morning to see about express mailing a replacement and was shepherded through the reset and calibration process with the a very knowledgeable and calm helpful chat person Avalon Myst (cool name too). I was calmly guided through the steps and got my desk functioning again and made it possible for me to start my new project today without any hick ups. If I ever have issues again with my desk, I hope to get Avalon's guidance. They were Mission Control to my Apollo 13. Avalon got me home.

Tip for consumers:
Take your time and look at all your options. The desks vary and there is one for everyone.

I've used Uplift a number of times now and am beyond satisfied with both the product and the experience. Most recently I ran into an issue with a desk that didn't quite match the color of a previous order and needed to make a return. Their support team was incredible, especially my point of contact Avalon Myst Reese. They help me sort out shipping, packaging, got me to the right place to arrange pickup; it was an amazing experience from start to finish.

I've ordered 2 or 3 times from uplift desk and each time I've interacted with the same customer support rep, Avalon. She's amazing! Her communication is quick. She's polite, patient and always willing to help. If it wasn't for her amazing service, I probably would've ordered from a competitor. I will order from uplift desk again if I need more desk accessories.

I couldn't decide between a couple of standing desk brands and ultimately the quality and price point varied by very little according to online reviews and research. I ended up calling UPLIFT to ask further questions and had the chance to speak to Steven B. I really appreciated conversing with him because he didn't try to upsell me or swindle me into any extra purchases. I placed an order for two Uplift desks and two cabinets worth over $2500. They didn't have a couple of accessory hooks I ordered in stock, so they didn't ship the desks for almost a month. They just charged my card immediately and sat on the order.
I got tired of waiting since my children needed the desks, so I cancelled the order. A week later they had still not issued the refund.

I was assembling the my new Uplift desk and found the desktop had been damaged during shipping. I started a chat session on the Uplift Desk website and reached Bney Pete. She was amazing. She had me submit some pictures of the damage and quickly offered me multiple resolutions. I decided to ask for a replacement and she had it shipped out that day. That's how you take care of customers and win their loyalty. I really grateful.

I chatted with Avalon twice today. 1st it was so nice to have an actual person and not a computer response. Next Avalon was very helpful with making my choices for the monitor arms. After I received the estimate I wanted to upgrade the desk converter to a larger model and change the color of the desk and monitor arms to white. I simply started a chat again and was lucky enough to get Avalon. She quickly made the changes and I had a new estimate in no time. I made easily made the purchase and I am super excited to receive my desk and accessories. Avalon made everything so easy, I hope to do business with her and your company again in the near future.

A couple of people in our office wanted UpLift desks last year so we bought two. They loved them so much everyone wanted one- so we budgeted them in for 2020. It was a little dicey with the pandemic, but these were important so we ordered the desks. Our office looks great - modern and stylish- with the new desks- and our staff is very happy and much more comfortable on their days in the office.
