I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
Got my standing desk with a 72" Walnut desk top. It arrived with a crack running through the middle. I understand these things happen thats outside of anyones control. Their products are great and both sales and customer support are very friendly. Jennifer Stefanov was able to help me with purchasing and making payment options super easy. Although my tabletop did come damaged it took only a few moments for Bney Pete from customer support to help me get a replacement ordered.

I recently ordered a new desk and wasn't moving for a few months. I submitted a general inquiry and Avalon supported me the entire time. I am so thankful for all the guidance and support with my questions to help me purchase my new desk. I can't wait to use it soon when I move.

Fedex lost one of the 3 packages for my desk and delivered a new relabeled box with half the items and weights added. I called uplift support number and William Clark answered in less than a minute and got me on my way in less than 5 minutes of talking through what happened. Replacement is on its way and a Fedex claim is being made by uplift.

We ordered our third Uplift Desk for our family in February. We waited to open our desk until last week and found the table top was damaged. Our mistake for not opening the package when it arrived in February. We called Uplift right away and spoke to Steven Bostic who is a Sales & Customer Service Associate. He was such a big help and advocate to help us solve our problem. Not only did Uplift offer to replace the damaged table top at no charge, Steve suggested we put the desk together so we could use it until the new top arrives. We are so happy with the quality of the Uplift desk as well as their customer service. Thank you and great company!

Do not order the commercial frame with the 42 inch desktop. The commercial bar does not fit between the desk legs in this size, and the company is entirely unhelpful and will only say 'it's tricky.' This configuration should not be sold, and the company will not do anything to correct the issue.

I ordered a desk with attachments and forgot to add a laptop arm. I connected with the service team and they helped me order it as a separate item. On the website it's part of a package…for which I already had a part of it. So instead of returning it service provided a separate order for me! I worked with Steve who was amazing!

Even though I haven't yet received my desk, I am so grateful for the incredible customer service at Uplift. I worked with Steven Bostic on building my desk and getting a quote, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuine/transparent throughout the process. Shoutout to Kris Rodriguez and Avalon Reese for stepping in to answer questions when Steven was unavailable. I'll report back on the desk itself, but for now simply appreciate the customer experience.

Desiree, their Senior Sales & Customer Service Specialist, Has helped me tremendously, although the site is very informative and customizing your desk is a breeze. I still needed help and without hesitation Desiree helped me with the smallest of my problems, Especially on a busy holiday season.
She was even able to help me delay the shipping date so that the package arrives at the office while everyone was here to receive the package.

Even though the live chat was busy at the time, I was surprised that he was still waiting for me after I left and came back to my desk. Tip for consumers:
Call and ask if they have any discounts and work with a sales rep before ordering online. Double check shipping dates because of the Covid shipping and manufacturing issues. Most of the solid wood desks are in stock and ready to ship if you are able to cut your own grommet holes. However if you need the grommet holes cut then it might be a few extra weeks before shipping.

My buying experience was nothing short of phenomenal. My main contact was Matt Spivey but I did speak with a couple of others. Every person I spoke with was extremely helpful and honest. I wasn't entirely certain where to start and what I needed so I am thankful that I had the guidance. I recently inquired with Uplift Desks over the phone, an extremely helpful person answered my call, Julian Lanza, from their Austin location. Julian helped me over the phone first, answering my questions with a cheerful attitude and obvious knowledge of the product and ordering specifics. We then emailed about the exact desk and accessories I wanted to order. Julian put together the quote and gave me the timeline for shipping (which was my original question). The process was extremely seamless and easy. I had my desk, which I know will be amazing, ordered within minutes all with the help of Julian's expertise and finesse. I had done tons of research about which standing desk I wanted for my WFH office, time and again Uplift has been at the top of ratings. My delightful interaction with Julian sealed the deal. I cannot wait for it to arrive. Further review of the actual desk and set up coming.

I love this desk so much. I know... I know - it's a desk but I spend so much of my time at a desk that finding one that meets my needs is like finding an oasis in the desert. First off, the desk is as advertised. No overselling on the site or in the marketing materials. Secondly, I have to say that the craftsmanship is exceptional. At every turn, each part of the desk is solid. The company did not ‘cheap out' with any of the components. Lastly, the desk is highly configurable and customizable. Whatever your needs, right handed or left, fully decked with features or simply a great basic adjustable deck, the Uplift system lets you have what you need today and add on, as-needed, at a later date. I don't normally leave reviews but this product was worth the investment of time to write one. I give this product my highest recommendation.

I had a great experience instore today at Uplift. After waiting 6 months for a desk with another company, i decided to checkout the Uplift show room after a few recommendations. I am so glad I did! I ordered a 60x30 standing desk with a rubberwood top. Everything shipped quickly, but the desktop arrived with a large crack in the wood. I contacted Uplift Desk Support, and the very next business day Avalon was able to set me up with a replacement desktop. I received it by the end of the week -- this time it arrived perfect. After finally setting up the desk I am very pleased with the quality, stability, and ease of assembly.
10/10 would buy again. Uplift is certainly pricier than the competition, but I have no qualms paying the premium for a quality desk and quality customer service. Thanks Uplift and Avalon!
