“Worst customer service and delivery”

The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..

I wasn't sure what to order and I had a lot of questions. I called and spoke to Keyaira from the showroom and she was amazing! I haven't received my desk yet, but I would recommend Uplift Desk based solely on their outstanding level of customer support! Best of all, I ordered on a Monday and it all arrives on Thursday - can't beat that!

I emailed customer support when the monitor arm purchased a year ago didn't hold up my new, larger monitor. Avalon Myst responded promptly and pointed me to the weight limit for the monitor arm I had - in a very pleasant way and without implying I was at fault. Wow, that's not my typical customer support experience. The new monitor was too heavy for the old arm, so Avalon helped me identify what I needed and communicated clearly and helpfully to get it ordered. I have been shopping for a standing desk solution for quite a few weeks now as the Covid/WFH continues on. After comparing about 8 companies and the various options and discounts being offered I came across the Uplift solution. I had quite a few questions after comparing with competitors and Jamie C. Was able to help me with everything and then some! They were very fast to respond and were very helpful in getting me all the details to my laundry list of questions that I came with. I am very excited to get this standing desk in the next few weeks!

I ordered a desk one night and later that night decided I wanted to change something about it. I called first thing the next morning and the shipping department was already working on my order (testimate to their quick shipping), but unfortunately that meant my order couldn't be changed. Avalon made the process go so smoothly though and set up for me to return the item I wanted to change (upon arrival), and set up to send me the new pieces I wanted. She sent me a follow up email confirming everything we discussed, and when I had a question later she quickly resolved my concern. Thank you Avalon!

Tip for consumers:
Make absolutely sure your order is exactly what you want before you hit submit, because once you place the order there is no option online to change or cancel it. You have to call customer service, but act quickly because their shipping department is really fast at processing your order.

I wanted to order a stand desk from Uplift using the black friday / cyper monday promotion. First I did it on the web. I couldn't do it because I want to use multiple payment method to buy it both prepaid credit cards and normal credit cards. It was over the weekend, so I waited until Monday and called the sales support. I was worrying that I couldn't do it in time and miss the promotion. I talked with "Avalon Myst Reese". She gave me the solution quickly, sent me an email instruction what she needed from me. Making a job change and going from in office work to WFH meant I needed some new tools and a desk would be high on the priority list. Luckily a friend had an Uplift desk top he and his wife weren't using, but it needed legs. Opened a chat customer service call with Uplift and the representative, Kris Rodriguez, was able to quickly and efficiently (links included) provide me with the answers I needed (including availability and potential shipping times from their warehouse). I appreciated the short wait time to chat with someone and the ability to have an actual person answering my questions. Made the process easy and I got the information I needed to make the purchase to support the desk top I already had.

Got my UPLIFT Standing Desk V2 a few weeks ago and was easy to mount (tabletop has most of the holes pre-drilled, although depending on your add-ons you may need to drill a couple more). The desk has high-quality finish and it's perfect for a home office.

Unfortunately a piece was faulty (control box) and the desk stopped working on the second day. I reached out to Upliftdesk support, and they solved the issue in minutes via Chat. After a couple of days I got my replacement control box at home for free and the desk works perfectly since then. Shout out to Jackson Dely and Avalon Reese-Aceves who were the support agents that provided frustration-free support!

We ordered a butcher block desktop and it was delivered in a day. The desktop box was damaged upon delivery and I could see the beautiful Saman Butcher block inside and was really hoping that it was not damaged while shipping. Upon unboxing, much to our disappointment, the desktop was damaged. Julian Lanza at customer service helped us, gave us a few options between compensation, free items or replacement. Since we hadn't started assembling we opted for a replacement. We were able to get in touch with him super quickly since he shared his direct number and was able to resolve the issue in minutes.

I ordered the Uplift 4-Leg 80" x 30" Black Bamboo desk.

I originally received the desk with a crack in the desktop, possibly due to shipping conditions. However, this was not a problem as customer support was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. Britney from customer service helped me make a warranty claim and get a new desk top shipped out quickly. They were able to resolve my situation promptly so I could move forward with building my desk.

As for the desk itself, it feels very high quality and sturdy. I was hesitant at first to get a adjustable desk because I had carpet flooring but it is extremely sturdy with no wobble. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and everything is laid out in a simple format with extra notes on things to be careful of. The additional wire management tools they provide has been very helpful in keeping my workspace clean. The lift system is easy to use and gives you the ability to have memory settings.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the Uplift desk quality as well as their customer service. It is very likely I will order additional desks in the future for another workstation and for other family members.

I had to get a standing desk for working from home since I was unable to be in office to use the ones provided there. It didn't take much research to figure out that these were the best out there, and I also had already been recommended these before by a coworker. UI on the site was easy to use, and I ended up getting a 60"x30" solid bamboo desktop. There were a couple of slip ups on the fault of the shipping carrier, however UPLIFT's customer service rep, Avalon Myst, was incredibly helpful and great to deal with. I recently ordered two UPLIFT desks for my business, upgrading from a single plastic foldable picnic table. Everything was fine except the 2nd top came cracked. I contact customer support and Marianne was amazing, after providing photos of the damage she promptly got another top shipped.

I'm giving UPLIFT 5 stars (although the packaging for the accessories could use some work), but I'm giving Marianne 10 stars for incredible customer support. That type of service is why I'll be a return customer in the future, without considering anyone else.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy into what you see on YouTube about UPLIFT's desks, they are old and outdated and are trying to get your business rather than you buy an UPLIFT desk. These desks are sturdy, especially with the long feet they come with today.

During my interaction with Uplift, I had the opportunity to interact with the fantastically named Avalon Myst. Avalon answered all my questions, and helped get me details on shipping one of their uplift desks to the middle of nowhere in Northern British Columbia, 250km from the nearest city.
