I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
We purchased 3 of the L-Shape 1" Thick Carbonized Bamboo Desktops with the Standard Hight Adjustable Leg. The desks are amazing, We love them so much. The issues we are having is associated with the Bamboo Portion of the desks. The desktop scratches, dents and cracks extremely easy. I don't know what the other desktops are like but the bamboo is not great. I recommend the uplift desks, but I would steer clear of the bamboo desktop.

I was ecstatic for my UPLIFT Desk and it only took an hour to complete. Sadly FedEx dropped my desk platform and I had to reach out to uplift customer service to replace it, which they were more than kind to do! I would definitely buy a future desk from uplift.

This is NOT a review of the product as I have not received it yet, but I did want to drop a review of the exceptional customer service I received from Avalon (my sales/customer service rep). I initially chatted with her on the website to have an order created and then worked with her over the next couple of days to finalize the order (and make changes that I asked for). Honestly, I was VERY surprised by how helpful and responsive Avalon was - I'm hoping it is a reflection of the quality of the Uplift's products. She made the ordering process easy - and it was so nice to be able to pick up the phone and call her directly when I needed clarification on shipping expectations, etc.

It's rare for me to take time out of my day to write a review, but my recent experience with Uplift customer support deserves to be recognized. Some of my items arrived damaged from shipment. I called Uplift customer support and was greeted with the warm and friendly voice of Uplift customer service specialist Danielle Breed who quickly eased my concerns. She walked me through options, and within minutes she offered me a resolution with promises of a fast turnaround time.
Following some prompt email follow-up, she had the replacement parts shipped to me within a day. Danielle provided an elevated level of care and attention to detail: a refreshing change from the usual quality of customer support that often feels like an afterthought, at best. But I could tell Danielle genuinely cared about my experience as an Uplift customer. She even wrapped things up with an invitation for me to contact her directly with any future support issues, effectively providing me with personalized, white-glove level concierge customer support whenever I need it.
People like Danielle make a good company like Uplift a great company to work with and a company that I'm proud to support.

I ordered my desk after over a week of consideration for the size, features, and design. It shipped very quickly (came from TX to CA in 4 days). However, there was a large chip on the front of my wooden desk which aligned to a hole in the box. Fortunately, I had a fantastic case rep, Avalon, who took care of the issue and shipped a new desktop for me right away. Unfortunately, that desktop also had a dent in the box and in the wooden desktop, though much smaller this time. I decided ultimately to keep this new desktop to avoid the hassle of another replacement, though Avalon was again super helpful in giving me options for the inconvenience.
Ultimately, I'm very pleased with my desk. The only thing keeping this from being five stars is the issues with damage. Why there is no protective padding between the wood desktop and the single piece of cardboard it is shipped in is beyond me for a $1000 investment. However, I still consider this desk to be worth the money even aside from that. Build quality of the legs and motors appears excellent, and the entire setup has a very professional look.

I haven't even gotten my desk yet but I just wanted to write about my experience ordering from Uplift. After researching different standing desks, I was looking at buying a V2 standing desk from Uplift. There was a promotion for two free items but no cash discounts that I could find.
I sent a message (after hours) through the chat asking about any promotions and Marianne emailed me the next day. She told me that there was a promotion for $100 off if you spent over $999. But the table and accessories that I was looking at only totaled to ~$850. Even though I didn't hit the limit, she was able to give me a new quote that took $40 off to cover the comfort keypad upgrade. Marianne also helped update my order with specific delivery instructions and was just plain pleasant to communicate with. I don't expect there to be anything wrong with my new desk but if there is, I know Uplift's customer service will take care of me. Highly recommending spending the extra money to buy from this company.

Who would have thought a piece of furniture could change their life - but in this remote world this one did! I cannot tell you what a difference it has made to have my desk "fit" me. The first year of remote work I bounced between counters, kitchen tables and bad desks. That actually began to manifest itself in to physical pain and muscle spasms in neck and shoulders. Now I am properly sitting, with my hands and arms in the proper position, or standing on my wobble board or walking on my treadmill - a minor adjustment to the desk ensures that my monitors are at eye level and I am comfortable and working ergonomically. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! From my first call to ask for help in selecting the right desk and components to the follow up customer service. I cannot say enough good things about Uplift Desks! I work between my home in DC and CA and I may need to upgrade the CA Location too to ensure the same level of comfort! There is no doubt in my mind that this desk may be the best thing I have ever done for me!

You can order what you see on line, but I would highly suggest calling the office and speak to a rep who can help you better understand each element and if you need it or not. I basically got everything and then sent about 40% of the accessories back - with my monitors up and off the desk and the keyboard and mouse under on the agronomical tray - I had all the desk space I needed. I found having a person to follow up with after the sale was very comforting.

One of my desk legs broke, not sure why but I reached out to their support team via their web chat (shout out to Matthew Johnson for the quality of his interactions and follow through on my particular need). They quickly sent me a new leg without any hassle. I made a mistake when putting the leg back on and forgot to transfer over one of the pieces, I assumed they sent me the wrong leg. I again reached out to their support team, sent them a video. The team member I talked to this time Samantha Cobb had recently put together one of the desks for her mother and knew exactly what my problem was from personal experience, minutes later my desk was back to its former glory.
I love my desk as a stay at home professional I use it 40+ hours a week. I worried that when my desk broke that it might take weeks to get it sorted, it was sorted in less than a week all before going back to work for the holidays. I feel even better about my purchase after the quality of support I received.

I received my uplift desk in great condition and am in love with my desk. The assembly was easy! The only issue I ran across was that I was missing one grommet cover. Everything else was there. Thinking it may have slipped out of one of my packages. I accessed the chat feature on the website and was connected with Marcus Brent. Marcus immediately took care of the issue and sent an email that a new one was being shipped right away. While I was on the chat with him I asked about their wheel casters and ended up purchasing that with Marcus. I didn't even have to ask but I was given a nice discount off of these! I ordered a customized desk from Uplift that cost over $2500. It quickly arrived in multiple packages except for the wood top which was back-ordered for a month (I knew this going into the purchase). I began installing a temporary wood top on the desk until the one ordered arrived. I called Uplift's customer support regarding a few questions I had on the installation. The customer support person requested I email him some photos for further clarification and he would get with his manager and call me right back. I immediately emailed pictures, diagrams, etc. then waited for a return phone call. Hours later I still hadn't heard and followed up with another call to customer support. After a long wait on hold, I spoke with another representative. He said he would have the first representative return my call instead of trying to help me himself. This continued a few more times throughout the day and I finally gave up on receiving a return phone call or any kind of help from their customer support. I don't know if I would have made this same purchase with this company knowing how poor their customer support would be especially for the steep price!

Hopefully, you will not need customer support if you decide to purchase from this company.
