I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Anthony Tipton at Uplift and his exceptional customer service left me feeling impressed and grateful. I had bought a desk from Uplift and unfortunately, it arrived with a chip on it. Due to travel, I hadn't had the chance to open the box and inspect it until after the 30-day window had closed. I reached out to their service line and spoke to Anthony - and while he would have been fully within company rights to say he couldn't do anything to help, he instead was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help me find a solution to the problem.
Anthony's level of service was truly remarkable. He was professional, courteous, and empathetic throughout the process. He offered me several options to remedy the situation, and even after the matter was resolved, Anthony followed up to make sure that everything was working out smoothly. It is clear that he is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for his customers.

Everyone on my friends list I am sure is aware of my desk fiasco. A year and 4 months before finally getting my top to my stand-up desk.
I have to say; UPLIFT DESK, out of Texas, which is where I got it from by seeing it on FB; THEY ARE A STAND-UP company.
They first told me I had to buy a temporary desk top while I waited for the Pheasant Wood top I had ordered a year ago in July. That was in November last year.
In January? They refunded that money to me; with deepest apologies because of the continued delays.
I finally got my desk top about 2-3 weeks ago. Wanted to order some under desk cabinets. They gave me a $250 credit towards one, I bought the 2nd one to put on each end; and they gave me a 25 year warranty starting on the delivery date of my cabinets.
If you're looking into a STAND-UP desk for your home or office? I cannot speak more highly of this company.
My sales rep; Tim Rudy? Kept me up to date throughout the entire time.
You don't see that type of customer loyalty in todays world.
So glad I did business with them.

If you’re looking for a standup desk? I can’t say enough about Uplift Desk… you WILL NOT GO WRONG.
