I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
I ordered an uplift desk after being referred by someone I trusted. The Uplift Desk website was very helpful, but I still had a few questions, mainly around shipping that I spoke with a customer service representative about, Sam C. She was so helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my new desk would arrive asap, without it arriving before I actually got into my new apartment. She really went above and beyond, and right before a holiday weekend no less. Overall great experience, but the thing that pushed me over the top was my interaction with Sam C.

The desktop for my order was damaged during shipping. Follow-up by Uplift Desk's Danielle Breed was timely, courteous, and totally professional. She quickly resolved the problem by executing an order for a replacement top, which is on the way.
While I was disappointed that the damage occurred, all was made good and right by her great work.

Ordered multiple desk and no issues with the product seem to be great the short time we have had the new desks. Did have a damaged table top and was damaged during shipping. Worked with Danielle Breed and was a very seamless process for submitting information on a damage claim and the table top was shipped same day and received in great condition two days later. Hopefully everyone's customer service experience was/will be as great as mine was.

I have a desk from them but something on it broke recently. I was very worried about calling customer service bc I was afraid they wouldn't be helpful. However, from the moment the rep answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. The reps name was Steven. I was greeted so warmly, and then he really took the time to help me explore solutions to my issue. I was impressed with his knowledge of the uplift product line and his personalized suggestions. I recently purchased an L-shaped Uplift Desk after researching the market thoroughly. I was undecided between the Uplift model and one from a competitor and reached out to customer service via the Live Chat to have a few questions answered. After about a 15 minute wait, I was paired with Abby V., who not only thoroughly answered my questions, but offered to put together a custom quote with a few items I was adding that were not part of the desk bundle. It didn't take long before the quote came through, and she followed the purchase all the way through shipping.
While I cannot comment on the quality of the product yet, I will say that there level of customer service earned them the sale over their competitor.

I just ordered an adjustable desk from Uplift Desk and had great support throughout the process from customer service rep Samanath Cobb. I first encountered her via an online chat, when she was able to help me take advantage of an offer for a free desk lamp with my order (which I somehow went away before I could sign up for it). She was very courteous and responded to my questions quickly yet was not pushy or intrusive. I don't post reviews very often but the customer service so far has been outstanding. I would recommend asking for Avalon Myst sales. She has done a great job helping customers, following up and helping with the overall transaction. To include taking note of some things that might need updated like USB standard versus USB-C as an option. I normally don't write reviews but outstanding service on this one. I recently bought Uplift desk and I wanted to share my experience. After doing some online research, I finally went with Uplift for its warranty and high ratings. It seems they are very popular in the industry.
I bought 60" x 30" with Dk Rubberwood Solid Wood. So many accessories to choose from. It's like a one stop shopping for anything you need. The table looks beautiful and steady.
There was issue with delivery of the tabletop. They have an amazing customer service. Timothy (Tim F.) has been very helpful in resolving the issue. I am happy with the table and the excellent customer service. I'll definitely recommend their products for anyone in the market for a standing desk. You can't go wrong with them.

I absolutely love the Bamboo Uplift C Frame I purchased. It's definitely worth the extra bucks to get the upgraded paddle for the height adjustment. I had a slight ding on the desk and Marianne Nissim was wonderful helping me get the replacement shipped out. I love the peace of mind knowing this has an excellent warranty. The cables are hidden and its such a sleek look. I couldn't be more pleased.
Here's a tip, if you're going to get the desk, I'd invest in the foot rest. I didn't order it in the beginning but now with all of this home office luxury I cant go wrong so I'm ordering it today.

The desk is certainly high quality especially with curved bamboo top. My husband loves it. I have several questions on whether exchanging to C-frame from T-frame I bought, Steve Bostic has been super responsive and answered all my questions clearly. He also provided immediate help on exchange even though my husband decided not to do so at the end. I have strongly recommended Uplift desk to my friends and two of them plan to buy. Steve is definitely the reason that I am willing to make recommendations in addition to high quality. Great customer service does make difference for customers! We ordered an L-shaped uplift desk and there was a little bit of confusion regarding the actual size of the return piece. We thought it would 60" in length but that dimension includes the width of the main desk. Oops. I called customer service at uplift and Steven was courteous and extremely helpful in facilitating replacing the piece for our office. Customer service like that will always result in repeat customers!

The return length includes the width of the main desk. A 60" return is only gives you a 30" return panel.

I looked at many different adjustable desks. UpLift Desk is by far the best I found. For the price, is a value that is hard to beat. Very high quality material and worth the investment. When I received my desk, the desktop was unfortunately cracked. However, once I notified customer service, all was taken care of and a new desktop was received in a very timely manner. Would recommend.
