I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
I've placed a couple orders with Uplift now for a standing desk and accessories, and so far I love the desk itself. Thing is, each order has had a part arrive with (admittedly minor) cosmetic damage. Could have happened in shipping, but honestly it kinda looked like they left the warehouse that way. Either way, was a bummer, but Danielle in customer service helped me out both times and got a replacement part to me pronto. Dinging a star for the hassle of multiple damaged orders, but again, Danielle was really quick to make it right.

I absolutely love my new Uplift Desk, especially since I made my desktop from an old tree on our property. Sean A was super helpful in making sure all my packages arrived and even sent a replacement shirt since I got one that was too small. Great experience, highly recommend!

Bought a new adjustable standing desk with a bunch of accessories. It arrived quickly, and works great. Assembly wasn't too difficult, but it definitely needed 2 adults.
It's four stars instead of five because I was a little disappointed in some of the accessories - that they require drilling into the underside of the desk, with no pre-made mount points. As a result, some are still sitting in their boxes until I have time to turn the desk back over and deal with them more carefully. (Accessories like the hammock, the drawer, etc. -- it's up to you to drill holes into your desktop.)
I stupidly lost a key piece of a monitor arm, and Danielle from the Uplift customer service dept was able to quickly find, quote, and ship a replacement. Thanks!

My desk was on back order so I called them up and asked if they could help me find something I could get sooner. Courtland was really kind and helped me pick out something that I could get sooner and even suggested I buy a better set of controls that would make it so I could automatically set the height, and it wasn't very expensive to add on which I appreciate.

This is a simple customer service review as I haven't owned the desk yet.
60" Saman Desk top arrived broken from the grommet down the length of the table. This was clearly horrid shipping (cough cough FEDEX, no surprise here) practices as you can see someone literally drove over the box and the entire thing was mangled.
Courtland Smith hooked it up when I contacted uplift with the issue. Quickly got my info and gave me multiple options for the table. I ended up replacing the top for free and was told I could do whatever with the broken one; repurpose it, sell it, trash, etc. They did an awesome job looking out for their customer

I was really shocked to learn about the 15-year warranty when I discover a crack on my desk after having it stored for more than a year in my storage room. It's rare to find companies so sure about their products that they stand by their products for this long. Even more, that they make the process of getting a replacement so easy. Just a day after I provided the pictures of the defective desktop Sean, from customer service, straight away send off the replacement piece. Truly outstanding.

UPLIFT has top notch and fast customer service. They ensure a good product. My first desk was damaged during shipping and they replaced it. Additionally, they have excellent instructions and help documents that actually are useful and easy to find. My wife and I have had these desks for years and they are extremely sturdy and durable.
