I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..

I reached out to Uplift Desk's customer service team for assistance with the standing desk I purchased in the summer of 2020. Avalon is the rockstar at Uplift Desk that handled my request. From my initial request Avalon was fantastic, providing clear and concise steps to troubleshoot my issue as well as additional guidance with submitting a warranty request. They were enjoyable to work with throughout the process, responding quickly and politely.

I have two Uplift desks and they are the best! I had some trouble iwth my latest order and Julian Lanza was awesome with customer service! There really is no reason for you to consider another standing desk in my opinion!~

I received a badly damaged desktop from Uplift. I called them and spoke with Steven Bostic. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He put me at ease about rectifying my issue, providing a few options. I chose being sent a replacement desktop and he had it shipped out the same day. Receiving an expensive but damaged large item is obviously stressful, but resolving that with Steven was painless and a relief. Great job.

Uplift obviously provides great quality products, but what made my experience fantastic was customer service by Avalon R. And William C. They were super helpful recommending which channel to purchase from, identified a savings opportunity for me, provided a complete quote for my several items, and worked with me to make sure the order was completed and my payment options were facilitated. Just received shipping Saturday via FedEx... super fast delivery once order was finalized and processed. I was concerned about some dents and punctures on the boxing, but the interior protection was awesome and protected the products just fine.

This is my second desk purchase from Uplift. I have worked remotely for ten years, and love the one I have, but needed a smaller one due to having less space. I had some questions on dimensions and attachments so I used the chat feature-- believe it or not, you go straight to a human being, within a few seconds. Avalon was the rep who chatted and helped me and she was fantastic. Answered my questions quickly and clearly and was very personable. Didn't feel like a "sales" process at all, she felt more like a consultant and made the process easy. Highly recommend. :)

First: These desks are built differently than the stuff you see at IKEA etc. Everything feels solid and well-made.
Second: I had questions about shipping when I initially placed my order, which were quickly resolved over chat with a real person.
Third: Unfortunately, one of the laminate tops was damaged in transit (they are heavy). Again, customer service rep Avalon resolved the thing in under 5 minutes via chat and email.

I had ordered Uplift dual monitor arms for my at-home workspace, but there was an issue with one of the pieces when it arrived. Danielle Breed got back to me in just a few hours after I submitted a contact request through Uplift's site, and I cannot understate how incredibly helpful she was! She was able to elevate my message to the warranty team and followed up with them (and me) to get a replacement piece sent my way. The entire time, Danielle was so sweet and understanding. I ordered a corner lifting desk and it arrived much faster than expected, but the main desktop had shattered during shipping. I called the Uplift office and Britney was able to set up a replacement delivery for me within 30 minutes! Extremely happy with the response, she was very friendly and helpful, and turned around an otherwise unfortunate situation.

Purchased a 30 x 48 Walnut Laminate Desk. Frame is rock-solid even when raised, motors are whisper quiet and smooth. Assembly instructions are a 10. Walnut laminate looks authentic and even has a very slight physical grain, yet mouses great. Can't think of anything I would change. Had several questions for customer service and they performed at an 11.

I went through customer support via Uplift's website. Avalon was able to quickly help me and get my replacement sent out, after verifying some photos I took with Fedex damaged my package. The process model they have gets product out quickly, where others have significant lead times. I worked with Danielle to customize my order and delivery needs. She was able to lock down a scheduled delivery to ensure that I would be home to receive the desks, chairs, and accessories.
I ordered two bamboo top sit-stand desks, chairs, file cabinets, and various accessories. Even though the shipper really tried their best to damage everything (boxes were literally patched together) almost everything arrived without a scratch! The one item that was broken was quickly replaced without much hassle!
I'm glad I got to work with someone as responsive and polite as Danielle and am VERY happy with all my new desk equipment!

I ordered my desk during the holidays. I received most of the components on time, however, the top of my desk was delayed by a couple of weeks (FedEx's fault, not Uplift). When the top finally arrived, the bamboo was badly damaged. FedEx was actually somehow able to make a dent in the top part. I immediately called Uplift and let them know what happened. The representative I spoke with was very friendly. She even knew my name right away from my phone number. She promptly ordered me a new top by freight which ensured it would not be manhandled by FedEx again. I haven't got to put my desk together yet, but all the parts seem solid. I am excited to use my desk and thrilled that customer service corrected my issues so quickly. Highly recommend!

I bought a T-frame model and am really loving it so far (1 week of use). Everything seems really sturdy and well designed. I especially like how quiet it is during the raising and lowering process.
Putting it together was pretty straightforward, despite not having much experience with furniture assembly. I feel like the instructions did a good job illustrating and explaining everything.
I did have one slight issue though. I ordered a laminate desktop, and although it had a slight defect on the surface, I was able to get a resolution with customer support quickly. Marianne, my customer support representative provided great assistance to me. She coordinated a replacement desktop to be sent to me. It was sent very quickly! The new desktop is beautiful and without defects.
I'm at my desk for several hours a day, and am looking forward to working here, whether it be sitting or standing!

When my desk order from Uplift had some issues, Avalon was very helpful in getting things resolved. She very promptly filed a FedEx logistics claim when the desktop got stuck/lost at the distribution center. Then when the desktop arrived damage, she responded very quickly with a couple solutions and promptly put an order in for a replacement desktop. While I'm sad that it's taken a lot longer to get my desk up and running than I had hoped, I know Uplift did everything they could to help correct issues caused by the shipping company.
