I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
We have purchased 4 Uplift Desks this year and have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of the process. Ordering is a breeze, units are delivered when they are promised and you receive a wealth of assistance to put the units together (video and written). On one of the desks we miscalculated the length of the desk surface and reached out to see about swapping parts. Marianne N. Responded very quickly and had the new part ordered for us within an hour of my first email. That is so rare these days. So even if the desks weren't incredibly awesome they'd still have me as a customer. But, I have to tell you, the desks are amazing. So glad we found these folks.

I ordered a standing desk along with several accessories from Uplift Desk. They arrived on a Friday, and I spent the evening putting everything together. The whole assembly process went off without a hitch, except my dumb $#*! locked the keys to the filing cabinet inside of it (facepalm). I emailed their customer service department late Friday night, and Julien got back to me early Saturday morning. I was stunned!
One quick email exchange later and I've got a new set of filing cabinet keys on their way to me, less than 12 hours after I contacted support. Amazing product and support, I highly recommend Uplift Desk!

I ordered the wrong desktop for my new Uplift desk online, which was more expensive and resulted in a shipping delay. I did a bunch of research on several sit/stand desks and chose Uplift for a variety of reasons. I also loved the ability to customize color, size, and add-ons (and they give you free ones!). The desk was a dream to set up - great instructions, no problem at all. About 2 months in, I had an issue where the power cord was yanked out under the desk by my rambunctious puppy and I was unable to get the desk moving again. I sent an email and in less than 24 hours, Lucy Stevens ( Sales & Customer Service Specialist) wrote back with a few things to try (and a promise to help out if none of them worked). Luckily, one of them worked and everything is great. Great customer service and very cool desk.

The desk is great. It's solid, doesn't wobble at standing height, and was easy to setup. The real star of this show was the customer service. I received a box that had quite a bit of damage and was supported with plastic straps to prevent further damage and accidental opening. Two parts were bent, the frame piece where the leg attaches and the leg itself, which prevented installation. I reached out to support and was connected to Steve B. After sending photos of the damage he promptly sent replacement parts. At first I only though the one piece was bent, causing the leg to not fit properly, but it turned out the leg itself was also bent. That part was replaced also and once I received it the desk was together in minutes.
Steve B was great throughout the entire experience.

With all the shipping delays I began to worry about when I would receive my desk. After working with Avalon I feel so much better. After a phone call, she followed up with an email and then stayed in constant communication with me, addressing any questions or concerns that came up. I have yet to receive my desk (it's on it's way, I have the tracking number), so not 5 stars now (once it's here and put together, I'll come back) but the customer service is definitely 5 stars of excellence.

I have ordered two desks from uplift and both times experience has been great! In my most recent purchase, an item from my shipment was damaged and Danielle was awesome in fixing the situation and getting my a replacement in a timely manner.
What stands out about uplift besides the service is their build quality. I have had other standing desks in the past and even the "non-wobbly" version of other companies doesn't come close to the stability of the base models from uplift. Also the size/color options make it easy to fit your desk into any office design.

Saddle stool is surprisingly good! You probably don't need the crossbar for added stability if you are coming from other more wobbly standing desks.

I had an issue with my 4 leg v2 desk where the end caps of the legs were mismatched. I immediately contacted the customer service via chat and met a lovely person who's name is Avalon Myst. She identified my issue and worked with me in making sure my order had all the necessary parts to continue. The customer service is top notched and I can recommend Uplift Desk products just by the customer service a lone. The product itself is great quality btw and plan on using it for my home-work office.
Again let me stress that Avalon Myst went above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. She is also a really nice person to chat with and has an awesome name!

Working from home, I decided to upgrade and having a sit/stand desk that looks good and this is sturdy and wonderful. The desk is great and worth it, even if pricier than I first thought I would go. 40 hours a week at home and now my desk is the highlight of the work day. One small grommet cover was left out of the shipment (there are many add ons available) and customer Service from Krysten N was superb, she made it right very quickly!

I ordered a file cabinet to match my Uplift standing desk and it arrived damaged - the back corner was badly dented. I called Uplift's customer service mid-day, and was surprised to not only have a very short wait, but then provided with really excellent customer service from Steven B, who stayed on the phone with me as I uploaded the photos of the damaged box and file cabinet, and swiftly resolved the issue by sending a replacement which I desperately need! I'm really pleased with the company standing by their products damaged during shipping.

Very pleased with customer service. I ordered a desk on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. Unfortunately, the desk top was damaged. I filed a warranty claim late Saturday. They offered me options and I chose a replacement on Tuesday morning. It shipped that afternoon. When accidents happen in shipping, I dread the hassle of getting it addressed. Steven Bostic at Uplift was extremely helpful. The process was painless and quick! I have not assembled the rest of the desk yet, but the hardware looks solid. I received an assembly video the day before delivery and it looks simple enough.

Just wanted to comment on the great customer service I received prior to the purchase of a standing desk frame from Uplift. I had been doing tons of research on standing desks and Samantha Cobb assisted in making that decision even easier for me based on the help she was able to provide prior to narrowing down the multitude of options I was considering.
