I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
Bney helped me through the very unfortunate circumstance of receiving a damaged desktop, though no fault of Uplift. Unfortunately, the package arrived via FedEx, and after viewing the severely damaged packing, it was obvious that the damage came from the shipping process. Bney was extremely helpful, thorough, and quick to response. The customer service from submitting the warranty request due to a defective item was very efficient, and effective. I look forward to receiving my new desktop within the next few days!
Tip for consumers:
Shipping would be better if using anything other than FedEx, I've had nothing but issues with their delivery services.

I have a real tight 43.4" niche in my home that I wanted to squeeze a 44" Uplift desk into to maximize space. The wall space is 45" but the extra wide base boards eat up space at base of walls. Danielle quickly sent spec sheets on both V2 frames while assuring me that the adjustable design of the frames would allow my dream to come true. Thanks Danielle.

I've purchased a few items, including a large 4-leg sit-stand desk from Uplift Desk. Every time I've done business with them, they've been super great to work with. While their products are built to the highest standards, I'd choose to do business with them based on their customer service alone.

I received my desktop broken with a huge crack down the middle of the wood, and I called in the morning and got Marianne. She was extremely sweet and sympathetic to my situation and had a brand new desktop shipped to me within an hour of us talking. She handled this upsetting situation perfectly and it's because of her I will be a returning customer to uplift.

Bought the Uplift desk (bamboo desktop) for about $1.7k in June of 2020. Now, less than 18 months later the desktop has begun to crack and separate in spots. Unfortunately, at the time the warranty for the desktop was only 12 months, so I'm stuck with $1.7k worth of regret. I will never purchase another product from this company!

I called customer service because I received an email telling me my desk would not be delivered for several months. Mackenzie Bay identified an error I had made in my order (I mistakenly ordered a custom-made wood desktop instead of a standard wood desktop) that was causing the delay. Her help reduced the price of the desk significantly and allowed me to receive the entire order three days later. Great service; great result.

After I purchased my uplift desk everything arrived within three days and in great condition! The desk is simple to assemble and is very sturdy. I found that one item was missing so I reached out to customer service. Julian Lanza was quick to respond to my email and sent me the missing item. We ordered a new Uplift desk for my office, the overall experience was great with exception of the desktop being damaged. Hayley with Customer Support however, was amazing, she helped us get the issue resolved, stayed in contact with me the whole time and really showed us that Uplift cares about its customers. I purchased a desk from Uplift at the start of COVID. My first interaction with them was very good. The 1st desktop I purchased was a bit too small. I called them up and they made it super simple to exchange for a larger size.
A few years later, I needed 3 Monitor arms for various sized monitors. I knew Uplift made them and wanted to give them the opportunity to earn my business again. And of course they knocked it out of the park for a second time! I had a bunch of questions and my Customer Service agent Avalon was a pleasure to work with! She was incredibly friendly, and very prompt!
Because of employees like her, I will continue to purchase from Uplift. If you are thinking about buying a desk or desk accessories from a different company I would encourage you to consider Uplift.

First, I want to say the customer service I received up front, prior to any purchase I made, was fantastic. I spoke with Harper about a couple of different desk top options I was unsure about, and asked if I could receive some additional photos, which I promptly got! This very much helped me make my decision, and further cemented my choice of Uplift. So, Harper, if you are reading this, thank you very much and you were absolutely right about the reclaimed birch butcher block - beautiful piece(s) of wood, beautiful top.
The desk top as I mentioned is fantastic, the support frame is also a fantastic. As has been mentioned elsewhere, it is a bit of a long process to put the desk together, but not difficult. The movement up and down is fluid and plenty quick enough, and not particularly loud. A note on the frame color, for anyone picking the industrial style, be aware it has a kind of bronze hue to it, it is not just grey.

I ordered 5 desks for our new office and Ms. Avalon Reese-Aceves was most helpful in making sure they arrived at a particular date.
There were some desktops that were damaged during shipping, and they were replaced promptly.
