I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
Highly recommend. There was a problem with the desktop that arrived and customer service immediately answered the phone (not a given these days), agreed to replace the desktop and shipped it out the same day. The rep was excellent, and I'm really enjoying the desk.

I had an issue with my uplift v2 wobbling with my 49 inch monitor. I went to Uplift's chat, the agent (Avalon Myst Reese-Aceves) was extremely courteous, responsive, and professional. She provided me with immediate suggestions and emailed me a great guide. The guide highlighted several areas of bolts I didn't even know I needed to check or tighten. Tightening it in those areas reduced the wobble significantly. Thanks Avalon!
Tip for consumers:
Make sure to measure your room to make sure you can fit the desk. Make sure you consider if a 4 post or L shape might be better for stability. 49 inch monitors are very demanding.

Had a fantastic experience ordering an uplift desk and steelcase gesture chair from Nicole W over the phone! Their website had bundle deals for the chair without a headrest, but Nicole was able to get manager approval to get me that same discount for the chair with a headrest. She was also on the phone helping me well past closing time. Great customer service and I'm excited to get my office gear!

Recently I received and assembled a second standing desk from Uplift – this time for myself – and I could't be happier with it! (The bamboo top is beautiful and a pleasure to work on.)
The bigger reason for this review, however, is the exceptional customer service I received, now for a second time! Love my sit-to-stand uplift desk and when a puppy chewed the cords I was able to speak to a knowledgeable person via phone within minutes and had the replacement cords ordered immediately.

I paid $320 for full installation of desk and components. Desk came in early August whereas monitor arms were delayed again and again, eventually delivered in November. I had to install the desk in the time being since it was in 3 large boxes taking up a lot of my living space. When arms finally arrived, Uplift was going to charge me another $175 to install them, claiming I shouldn't have installed the desk if I was still waiting for the arms. I found that to be disingenuous considering that it took another three months for the monitor arms to arrive and I would have had three huge boxes cluttering my living space all that time. They would only refund $30 (less than 10%) of the installation cost. I regret not having sent the whole kit and kaboodle back when the incomplete delivery arrived in August. Will never buy from Uplift again. Buyer beware.

Steven was prompt and helpful in getting a customer service issue sorted out. The underlying issue is one uplift should look into: I received mismatched leg colors for my desk, so will need to disassemble and reassemble when the correct color pieces arrive. But Steven got the issue sorted out right away.

Avalon helped me with my entire order over the phone, turned a quote around quickly and grabbed me a a discount from the spring promotion as well as a lamp for signing up for the news letter/emails. I had ordered a custom standing desk that was WAY too big for my tiny apartment and Tim was amazing in helping me return/replace my desk for one that would fit my apartment. He was so helpful, informative, courteous, respectful and so many more adjectives that would exceed the character count if I continued. I researched a stand up desk for months and thankful someone mentioned this company to me in passing. They had all the things I was looking for at a reasonable price. Really happy with how my workspace turned out. I had a minor issue upon getting my desktop and I chatted with customer service and had a lovely convo with Avalon Myst. Good customer service experience I must say. I had to return the Pursuit Ergonomic Chair as I did not find it comfortable for a $400 ergonomic chair. I shipped it back using the prepaid label they provided, however the chair appears to be lost or stuck in transit.
My past experiences in such situations have not been great. I contacted Uplift via chat, I was asked to wait for few more days which I did. I contacted again, this time to be helped by Avalon Myst, she checked the details and escalated the case swiftly. She shared her official email to pursue the case further. I contacted over email a few days later and she promptly got my issue addressed with her team. Received the refund already:)
It may sound trivial but the ability to connect with a single agent from chat to email was very helpful.

I am a realtor in Oklahoma and have been looking for a sleek storage option for my office. Everything I found was bulky and had a cheap build quality. I stumbled upon Uplift and found the right unit for my needs. I placed an order for the Uplift 3 drawer file cabinet but was having trouble processing my order through ordering online. I called and was happily greeted by their customer service rep Samantha! She was great! She addressed my problem and helped me place my order locking in a great deal!
