I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
Desk top arrived damaged though I think it's Fedex. Danielle Breed was super quick and helpful with addressing the issue very quickly and offering options. Still very happy with the experience and the desk. Shipping was extremely fast.

My original 48" desk wasn't enough for my artistic and school related needs so I needed to upgrade to a bigger desk. I liked the idea of a standing desk and after doing loads of research, I ultimately decided to go with the 60x30 Uplift Desk (Walnut top, White C-frame). It came with like 6 free accessories and in a total of 3 packages. The desktop came in a bit damaged (see images) but everything else came in perfect condition. I contacted customer support about the desktop, and an agent named Danielle Breed responded. She was very quick and helpful and offered me 3 options for reimbursement. Set up process was simple but I do not recommend doing it alone because its pretty heavy. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I'm very glad the customer support is very good.

I ordered my new desk in February and received it within about a week. Just assembed this last weekend, and I already love it! The instructions and parts were thoughtfully prepared and easy to assemble, and I am happy to have purchased from a USA company. One of the parts arrived damaged, but a quick call to Marianne in Customer Service resolved it. I am so happy I found this company!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Avalon from the customer support team and I have to say, she was a delight to work with. Not only was her personality warm and friendly, but she was also extremely receptive to my needs and concerns. She listened attentively and provided clear and concise answers to all of my questions.
What impressed me most, however, was her responsiveness. She was quick to respond to my inquiries and kept me updated on the status of my issue. This made the process of resolving my problem much smoother and less stressful.

I love my desk and recently I had an issue when moving it which required a reset. I no longer had my owners operating manual but had the phone number for customer service. I called and within 2 minutes I was speaking with Kayla. I explained my issue and within another 2 minutes she walked me through the process to reset the desk and all was right again. These days, having a live human on the phone that is knowledgeable, helpful, sympatric and patient is so rare. I'm grateful for Kayla and that Uplift Desks takes care of its customers as it does. My standing desk wasn't working so I reached out to customer service and spoke to Steven Bostic. Steven walked me through a few tests, which I had already completed and then expedited a warranty claim for me. Replacement parts were shipped to me quickly with easy to follow instructions. Problem fixed. All my interactions with Uplift have been positive; great company to work with.

Thank you for sending me the new equipment free of charge, I really appreciate it. A couple years ago I was visiting my friend and he had an Uplift Desk and I had never seen one before. I already had a hand-operated standing desk, but I knew when I saw the sheer surface area and the motorized controls that I had to have one!
I ordered one online right then and there, still have it and love it and it's been great. Just bought a monitor arm from you guys and juat bought my girlfriend her own uplift desk and she loves it.
I love that I can stand up whenever I need to during work as it really helps improve my productivity.

I bought my desk last spring, shortly after the Pandemic began. I didn't hold onto my receipt because my company wasn't reimbursing employees for office equipment at that point. However, now they are, and retroactively. I emailed customer service on the off-chance I could get a copy of my old receipt. I did! And within the same afternoon. I'm thrilled and the agent was so kind. Definitely recommend the desks and customer service.

We had an L desk and the task rabbit and I were at our wits end because we didn't know how to make it for a right desk, it seemed it was made for a left. Julian Lanza provided great customer service on my inquiry. When I received the Birch Butcher Block Tabletop for my Uplift desk it was packaged with corner protection and foam, but the bottom left corner had some slight scuffs and the top finished layer was kind of scraped off when I opened the package. Everything else on the tabletop was in great condition. I reached out to Uplift Desk's customer service immediately and Julian Lanza helped me by providing a resolution. He was very professional, attentive, and helpful. Thank you, Julian for all of your help.

I ordered a standing desk with Pheasantwood top about a year ago. It's been a huge help in my WFH, and looks really stylish in my office.

Uplift chair is comfortable, adjustable and sturdy but few days ago I managed to drop it on the floor and break the headrest. I got in touch with Uplift support and within days they shipped me a replacement part which I easily installed. I am very happy with Uplift product and customer service. Their representative - Avalon Myst Reece - was helpful and a pleasure to deal with! Now I need to buy the desk :)
