I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
UpliftDesk really supports the customer. In filling out my order I had an overflow of questions, from the size and functioning of an L-shaped desk to the color of a cup holder. Long story short... FedEx lost packages, delivered damaged components, but Uplift took care of everything. Uplift, especially Marianne, took care of resending packages and replaced all damaged components quick and easily. Oh yeah, the desk is solid and amazing. I have been in the technology business for over 25 years and this desk is solid.

Will Clark in customer service is the star of this story. I had a custom Uplift desk built for me. Will was a pleasure to talk to and made the ordering process a breeze. I went with Uplift because they are #1 on NYT's Wirecutter. Designing and packaging the desk was a great experience—Uplift's level of customization and communication made it easy to get exactly what I want and need. The bonus for me is that they ship WAY faster than I expected.

I have had my Uplift Desk for about two years. When I was looking into purchasing the desk, Customer Service was excellent. I recently ran into a problem where I needed to reset the power cycle. Uplift provided me with excellent customer server! I got 1 desktop that got damaged during shipping. Then I contacted their customer service. They shipped me 1 more for free. Then it's damaged again. Then the customer service staff Danielle Breed helped to switch to fedex pallet shipping. Danielle also helped to replace the white frames I ordered to black ones. She is very patient, professional and really went out of the way to help me! Very happy with the customer service!

I ordered a desk and some accessories from UPLIFT desk. Everything came on time except for one item. I worked with the customer service, specifically Sam C and she helped me get everything straightened out and taken care of. Then, working with Sam I ended up ordering a chair also. Sam C provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. She was professional, patient, and a delight to work with. She represents this company well. Thank you Sam C for all your help, and thank you UPLIFT desk for a great product. UPLIFT gets 5 stars and Sam C gets 10 stars (if I could give 10 stars).
The desk itself is a great desk. IT took a few hours to put together, and the top was very heavy (took two people to work with it) but it was worth it. The desk is very quiet moving up and down, seems very sturdy, and is made of high quality materials.

I've worked using a standing desk converter for years. Recently, I was finally ready to transition to a full adjustable desk and researched the various options long and hard and ultimately chose Uplift. (I got a C-Frame base - combined it with my own top from a local woodshop). I'm very pleased thus far. I ordered standing desks for my office, and the process was very straightforward and actually kind of fun. However, I was accidentally charged sales tax after submitting the proper Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate, so needed to call Customer Service and explain the situation. Julian Lanza was extremely polite and helpful, gave me clear instructions, and acknowledged receipt of my email correspondence immediately. He gave me a timeline of when I could expect a refund, and let me know he was available to help with anything else that may come up. Ordered by my desk a while ago and recently part of the mount for my laptop attachment broke. I emailed Uplift to get it resolved and they immediately sent me a piece. I want to give a massive shoutout to the customer service of Uplift! Special kudos to Ms. Avalon Myst, which helped me with detailed information regarding shipping worldwide. I wanted to get this shiny desk but it's hard to send a huge tabletop and desk frame from the US to Europe. Ms. Myst helped me by creating an order service which made it easier to add all the accessories I wanted, since the website was not clear what could and could not send worldwide. I ordered a standing desk from uplift. I put it all together and at the end noticed that there was a scratch on the desktop which shouldn't be there given it's brand new. First of all, this company has the best customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered the uplift stool and upon delivery there was a downpour, and the box was disintegrated and the chair soaking wet. I immediately called the company and spoke with Kayla Cunningham who was so kind, PATIENT (I was upset!) and understanding. She had another sent to me right away and as I write this, I am sitting on it. This is the perfect stool for me. Ultra-comfortable and stable. It allows me sit with my legs at different angles to relieve my hip pain. It is the perfect chair for me! In addition to sending me another chair she allowed to keep the wet one and not hassle with returning it. Best customer service! Thank you. I highly recommend this company and their product's.

I've had my Uplift desk for over 4 years at this point and have no issues with it, it works great and is very sturdy. I've had to contact customer support twice, and both times they were very punctual and helpful. The first issue was a very small part that I lost and asked if they could provide me a replacement. I worked with a CSA named Steven Bostic who was extremely prompt in helping me find the part and having it shipped to my house. I was pretty impressed with this because the part is very minor and inexpensive, yet they prioritized my request in a timely fashion.
The second was due to a faulty desk leg that wasn't moving my desk up properly. They sent me a new one and my issue was fixed within 1 week. That replacement has been going strong for 4 years now.
Overall, very happy with my purchase and I regularly suggest others consider their products.
