I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
Avalon was such a tremendous help in solving a complex issue with delivery by FedEx. She worked to locate the missing shipment, and issued a replacement when the errant box somehow ended up on the other side of the country. All the while she was warm and reassuring.

I spent more than $2000. 00 in a Chair and a Desk, the desk came damaged. They offer 15 years warranty, I inform them about the issue, they offered me several solution, and then never answer your request. Very bad service for a Item so expensive. Very bad experience.

May be the warranty for 15 years is true, but if you can contact them and get an answer you are very lucky

I have had my uplift desk for 5 years. The other day the control box malfunctioned. This was this Monday. I have a replacement coming that will arrive Friday. Avalon made the process very easy and hopefully I don't need to call support anytime soon if they are all like Avalon it will be a pleasure.

Unfortunately, I had an issue with my desk upon receipt so I had to call customer service. Avalon was super professional and took care of it quickly! Within a few minutes, she walked me through the claims process and sent a replacement while I was on the phone! Super impressed with their customer care.

I just assembled my desk and I love it! From start to finish, my experience has been great. The order came in a timely fashion and was excellently packaged. The instructions were easy to follow – yeah! The finished desk is just what I hoped for. I can sit on the floor on a cushion, in my chair or stand. The desk is very well made and sturdy. I would recommend it to anyone.

It's been about two and a half years since I started working from home full-time and since then I've always wanted a sit/stand desk. A few friends love their Uplift Desks, so I customized one for myself and I'm so happy that I did. The timing was great because I got some holiday discounts and the desk arrived very quickly, within a few days of ordering it. Unfortunately, the desk top had a crack in it, so I reached out to customer service and Steven Bostic helped to ship me a new desk top, which arrived within a few days (super fast considering there was a holiday during the wait time). The desk is super solid, the mobility moving up and down with the buttons are smooth, and being able to sit or stand throughout the day has made me feel more productive. Thank you!

After reading a ton of reviews, I decided I wanted an Uplift desk. Work would only pay a limited amount. Anthony T. Was a HUGE help in assisting me with finding a way to get what I wanted/needed and did so at a price range my company could tolerate. I ordered a 60"x30" standing desk and an 80"x30" sitting-height table. The boxes had pretty significant-looking damage when they arrived from FedEx. There was a fist-sized hole punched right into the center of one of them. However, upon opening, the packing proved to be much more resilient. Not a scratch in the middle of the table. One of the corners of the box the desk came in was crushed. The desk itself had minor scuffing in the corner and was slightly off square. I contacted UPLIFT via the chat on their website and talked with Samantha Cobb, who was very helpful. She gave me some options for resolution and I decided on a $150 credit, since I had already ordered even more accessories for these awesome desks. Overall, my experience with UPLIFT Desk has been excellent. The desks are great and the service is exemplary.

I realized after receiving and setting up my desk that I needed to have the 24 inch deep desktop, not the 30 inch. I contacted customer service and immediately the service rep - Avalon - reached out, started the exchange, generated the new order for the replacement parts and set up the return shipping process. I found it very easy to navigate the website, order my desk, and delivery was fast and well packaged. Assembly instructions are very good. Once all pieces were here, I assembled the desk in about an hour and had it set up and wire managed in about 4 hours. Now Customer Service, namely Krysten New! My desktop had some damage. It was on the top which I didn't fully unwrap until I finished the build and flipped it over. I called. Krysten answered. She had me email a few photos and then she replied with several options, all in my favor! It was easy to make a decision and I was made whole immediately! I ended up replacing my top with a different one which was shipped the same day. UpLift has determined that customers are their most important asset (Next to Krysten), and it shows in the quality of their products and service. Thank you!

I've enjoyed the design and craftsmanship of Uplift desks for the past 5 years. I also appreciate the customer service team for their responsiveness. I recently had to request a custom replacement hardware set — something not readily available through the site. You are getting the best in office desks with Uplift. And this isn't just about the quality of the desk and its accessories, the customer service and delivery of the product are also excellent. I ordered my desk and within a few days, my desk was shipped. Unfortunately, my desk was slightly damaged during delivery, but a quick email to customer support (Thank you Harper!) and Uplift was ready to credit me. With their intuitive customization mechanics in their website, to their easy-to-follow instructional videos, to their excellent customer service, UpLift demonstrates that they design the entire experience around meeting customer needs. The build of my desk is sturdy, the looks attractive, and it really has helped my ergonomics.
Plus, when one of the items I had ordered was delated two times, I contacted customer service and Marianne Nissim quickly resolved my issue by suggesting I exchange the delayed item for a very similar one they had in stock; she even threw a little bonus gift on my order!

I am so happy with the quality of this desk. I got the advanced keypad which reminds you to stand and the power grommet is so convenient to plug in ur phone. My sales rep Krysten New helped me to choose the perfect accessories and she even gave me a great discount. And it was so easy to put together. I highly recommend this desk so you won't be sitting for hours on end.

I'm using both Autonomous' standing desk and Uplift's standing desks. Uplift's desks have higher quality desks and their logistic team works really fast, but shipment company broke item or made delays.
Thus I had to contact customer service multiple times. Every time I contact them, they do make movement to solve issue quickly and smoothly. So, I will buy my next desk at Uplift again!
