I needed help with ensuring my order was tax-exempt. I e-mailed the customer service address and Steven Lawrence got back to me very quickly. He worked with me to get the right information and to get the order processed quicky. He was helpful and kind every step of the way!
The deliveries came in random shipments on random days. Never got a update on shipment changes and kept having to call about missing pieces as I found find out by building without being able to. Had to work a high stressful job on the floor for days before all pieces came in. Still waiting for another. A $3000 desk shld not be this unorganized. The directions were also terrible to put together. Whoever made them is in the wrong career. Hopefully the stress this desk caused me will be better one day when all the pieces get here…..
All interactions were professional and timely during my time ordering desks for a new office. Norman answered a few of my questions over the website chat function and provided all of the information I needed and even directed me towards getting bulk pricing, which I did not know was an option. He set me up with Avalon who helped me continue the process. She always responded very quickly and with all the information I needed. She did a great job getting the quote together, and she even caught and fixed some of my mistakes.

I had a little bit of damage on the surface of the desk, I contact uplift about it, I very quickly got a response from Avalon Myst who in no time flat had a replacement desktop ordered and ready to be shipped out. After a terrible experience attempting to order a desk from a different company, I discovered Uplift Desk. I called their phone number, which is easily located on their website. I was quickly connected to Avalon in sales, and she was amazing! She was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and personable. She addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. Once I was ready to move forward, she worked with me via phone and email to create a custom invoice. I got my first order from uplift this past week and even though I needed a replacement tabletop due to issues with the shipper, the uplift customer service process was seamless. I went all out on the desk and got a lot of the cool accessories. The desk top feels solid and high quality. The accessories are top notch and super useful, especially the CPU holder, keyboard tray, and the saddle stool. And the post sales service is absolutely incredible. The paddle keypad is great but I changed my mind and wanted the number keypad. Avalon in customer service was super quick to respond and helped me get my keypad replaced. Would highly recommend!

I know people often say this, but I really don't normally take the time to write reviews. I decided to make quite an investment in Uplift and their products while remodeling a home office. I was a bit concerned at first as this was a business exchange totally done on line. But I wanted to take a chance on an Austin company, and I am so glad I did. Of the many transactions I placed, I had only one that I needed help with involving a chair damaged on arrival. I reached out to customer service and was so pleasantly surprised by the support Krysten provided that I told her "this is what customer service means". I purchased a V2 Commercial standing desk from Uplift Desk and am very happy with the product. The desktop did come with a negligible defect in a corner, but I did reach out to their customer service anyway to let them know. Marianne Nissim was the representative that assisted me, and she was extremely helpful. Not only was she quick to respond to my inquiry, but she also offered me 3 different options for me to choose from to make up for the inconvenience. I was more than happy with all 3 options she offered and ultimately am happy that I purchased the desk from Uplift Desk among the many other options out there in the market.

I am a software engineer who works remotely from home, and I needed a new standing desk to break up the monotony of sitting all day. Since I've gone fully remote, I wanted to upgrade my uplift desk with more accessories that would help me be more ergonomic and also be adjustable for my partner to use since we share the space. I'm so happy with the Uplift desk I have, I wanted to stick with their brand. I called to ask a bunch of questions. Keyaira, the rep who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me tailor accessories to meet the very specific needs I have. The phone call was way better and personalized than onsite chat services, I got through to her right away, and she even made completing my order online easy. Best of both worlds. I highly recommend working with an Uplift Desk rep if you have any hesitations or questions.

I can't speak to the quality of my desk yet, because I only just placed the order. But I was so impressed with the experience of working with customer service to customize my desk. I called customer service and was connected with someone (Kelly Anderson!) who not only answered all of my questions patiently, but helped me come up with a more personalized order and even gave me a discount. I emailed him back and forth constantly changing my mind about details and he was more than patient. Towards the end of that process, I had a very niche question about the depth of the wrist rest on one of the keyboard trays...something I didn't expect them to know. I used the chat feature and was connected with someone (Danielle Breed!) who dealt with my 2 or 3 pretty strange questions, kept me patiently informed and was just overall so reassuring. A while ago I bought a table and chair from Uplift Desk.
They are wonderful products and they make my work much easier.
A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with the chair and contacted their costumer service.
I got in contact with Avalon, and she went above and beyond to help me out and replace my chair.

I give this company 5 stars for their outstanding customer services. I ordered a charging cord for my uplift Swell Mouse. When I received it the cord was showing the electrical cord wires. I contacted customer service chat and was assisted by someone and they were to contact me. I also reached out to Danielle Breed who I placed my original order and provided her a picture she was able to get my replacement out and should be getting it by Monday. As stated this was great customer service.

I purchased a desk set up from Uplift back in November, and honestly have been loving it. Ordering was super easy, there were a ton of options, and most everything shipped quickly. The stuff that was on backorder was clearly communicated and arrived when promised.
I decided to add to my desk accessories recently, and reached out to the Chat feature on the website. I spoke with Avalon, and she was able to put together a small discount for me! I bought a V2 commercial desk with a whiteboard. It is a great mix of an actual desk and a whiteboard, where it doesn't have the flimsy feel of a whiteboard or the cheap quality of whiteboards. Once it's all setup it is STURDY, even at tall heights. The delivery was the next day or two, super fast.
I had bought an extra advanced management kit, but it's really not necessary with the stuff the desk comes with already. Avalon from their customer service was super helpful and made it really easy to refund the kit.
