As a former client, it was shocking how their team seemed utterly incompetent and misaligned with our needs. Their complete lack of coordination was a glaring red flag, leading to countless delays and frustration. Every interaction felt like they were making it up as they went along, with no clear plan or direction. The experience was beyond disappointing and left us regretting every minute spent trying to work with them.

Uplight's got a terrible customer service which gave us a horrible experience! Working with them had been stressful with the delays and misunderstanding with their management!
