Drive 40 minutes to shop at the store. 40 minutes back in travel time to find out the sales rep left the security tags on the clothes. Costumer services saids I have two choices not wear it or drive the 40 minutes back at my cost to remove the tag. $44 dollar sweater is now costing more then it's worth! Horrible horrible customer service. Mistakes happen, but to have the customers eat the costs of their sales rep mistakes is gross. They won't even except a mail back, because it was bought in store. So fustrating! Because just before Christmas let's charge the customer more!
