I got a lovely floral sofa... its comfortable and cozy... and takes the pride of place in our drawing room. Very happy with my purchase. I have ordered for another sofa cum bed of a different model. Will give a review of that when it arrives.
Don't even think of buying from them. They're all fraud. First they will tell 15 days later they will take 60 more days to complete and dispatch your products. They will keep changing the prices by telling us different stories. They won't lift your calls once the advance payment is done and won't send your products until and unless you pay them the total amount of your bill. I received very bad products. They were all broken and torn. They used all cheap leather. Be careful of this fraudsters.
Please please please don't even think to buy anything. All FALSE PROMISES. Mr Vikas will convince you to buy it n will promise to deliver with in 20 days and than will keep on delaying n delaying I had an experience n I received the product after 2 months. And it was not even the way it was promised. If u buy it will be your worst experience in your life. Save your money. Take my advise.no follow form Vikas. He is a big lier. He is very rude as well. He will promise you 100% n will serve you guys only 30 % and will make the product accordingly of his choice. And once you tell him to change it back to the design which he had made the deal and than he will not Change it.
Whole experience with this company has been a nightmare. It started with multiple reminders to them on what I need, a 30days deadline was never met. They came back only after multiple follow ups stating they need more time. Still they did not have the design as per my request. Delivery was so poorly handled that a sofa cum bed delivery team was of 1 person who could not carry it and told us that he is equipped only to deliver to the ground floor. Urban company had no idea how to handle this and asked us to arrange people if we want the delivery. After all this, the sofa cum bed structure is so poor that we cannot open the sofa completely because it gets stuck, is weak as well and we have no idea how to fix it. To top it all grease leaks from the structure if you try to open it. Even though the price is on the higher side, their service is extremely poor. Starting from the day we placed the order, it's been a huge headache. You rather just place it through amazon. Atleast you don't have to carry the sofa on your own!
Order on 16th Nov 2021, product delivered on 14th Aug 2022 i. E after 10months of follow up.
Because of poor packaging 3 times damaged product delivered. Only one person to reach out, with no response, no reply. I had to file consumer case with CASE ID: *******. They will never refund money for placed order. Here are my learning from this fraudster by my lawyer.
1. Order should be placed with full amount.
2. They will deliver via Delhivery in loose packaging (prone to damage)
3. They will take insurance against the package.
4. Product will be damaged with 9:1 ratio of chances.
5. Urbnfurnish will ask for video of damaged so that they can claim insurance.
This is the strategy they use to earn and finally for single product they will earn 3x or 4x amount and deliver the final product to the customer who is fully frustrated. As per consumer law they have fulfilled the order and was delayed due to 3rd party delivery agent. So your case will go to and fro in favour of Urbnfurnish benefit.
