This company thrives on people's vulnerability and takes their money and refuses to refund you. My Mum purchased a wig from them, it was so horrendous we didn't even take it out of the wrapping. They refuse to provide any refund details, send you emails which make no sense as they can't speak English and basically they must be breaching every consumer law in this country. You will not get your money back. Don't waste your money with this horrible company run by the scum of the earth who are just out to get money any way they can. I wish I had done more research about them. Buyer beware - they are fraudsters and thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ignore positive reviews posted before November 2022. They were, in most part, generated by the business.

Do not buy a wig from this business. They are running a scam.

I ordered a wig — £166 — and it wasn't delivered until I sent three emails over the course of 28 days.

When the wig arrived it was damaged, unwearable, and it came in a broken and recycled box which belonged to a different company, and it came without a receipt.

When I asked to return the wig in exchange for a refund, I was told to take the wig to a hairdresser for repairs. When I refused, I was told to 'try it a different way'.

I ordered wig cancelled within minutes due to reading reviews, that was beginning of march, cannot get my money back, they insisted on sending the wig out, which came & nothing like what i ordered, they keep offering all sorts of things but no refund. I am at my witts end they take advantage of vunerable people & need exposing it is a scam. They now tell me it's about £40to return this rubbish then they say I am not answering the e. Mails I can assure you I am & not very pleasant replies STAY AWAY.

Recently, I got this wonderful wig and I fell in love with urhair, this is the second time I clipped it in! This curly, layered wig fits me very well and it also makes me more confident to go out with my friends, because it looks very real and natural! Okay, this short, wavy layered wig is energetic! It looks natural and elegant, lots of my friends asked if I have colored my own hair, and I am very satisfied with this wig, although it's synthetic.

Last month I bought the wig from urhair. Co. Uk. When I received it, I feel so happy about the wig. First wig I have owned and have to say it's a wonderful style to wear... I have had several compliments and so easy to wear. Instead of spending an hour styling my own hair I just whip on my wig and away I go... my husband loves it and the fact he doesn't have to wait on me any more. I think I'll get another one down the line but in another color. Simultaneouslythe customer service is good, thank you.

They are advertised as British company but are not they make them in Hong Kong it is not hand tied or human hair as specified and big enough for two heads.

I bought a blue ombré wig from the UrHair website and paid in good faith. After order confirmation, Lucy advised they no longer offer this wig and asked me to choose another. I wanted a blue wig so asked for order cancellation and a refund. Then I received a notification that the order for the nonexistent wig was in processing. That was confusing! I have repeatedly contacted Lucy asking for order cancellation and refund. She responds with increasing discount offers, now at 50%, to select another wig I don't want and wouldn't buy from here. Latest excuse is the order is in processing and can't be cancelled. How? The wig doesn't exist. What's being processed. Am now raising complaints with PayPal.

I finally closed the case I had with these people. The wig I ordered was wavey and reached the neck-line. What these people sent me looked like a black bundle of candy floss. I got paypal on to them and they refunded me. They kept writing to me and making offers of discount and I refused all of their offers. This cannot be a proper firm. I think they are a rip-off and no one should ever order from them. The wigs they advertise in the fotos are not what they sell.
