They advertise human hair wigs but send a cheap wig as available on Temu for a fraction of the price. Based in China but uses a UK email. Total scam company.

I ordered a light brown bob style wig. Got a long dark brown one. After asking for more than a week for a return address, they just keep sending me auto generated emails with excuses. I paid £95 out of my sick pay, only for them to suggest I go to the hairdressers to have it cut. It feels like plastic. They claim to be UK based, but they're actually just another company from China. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased

A fraudulent and scam site that displays pictures of wigs, they alleged that they're making it using human hair on demand, then it turns out that the pictures shown are celebrities and people with their real hair, and this site does not produce these products and does not return shoppers' money.
They stole 350 pounds from me and keep asking more for no reason!

This company displays unreal photos of the wigs. When I received my order, the wig was totally different from the picture and it is a very ugly and low quality wig.
Lisa, their contact person refused in several emails to provide the address for returns. She also refused to offer refund. This is a scam, please complain to stop them!

This wig is super soft. It is perfect for my head. Good value for the money. I'm happy with my purchase. I have combed it with a wide tooth comb and there was little to no shedding. It is already the style I would like, so I haven't tested any heat tools with it yet.

Ordered a wig for a friend. Colour was nothing like what had been ordered and it didn't fit. Was far to big. UrHair refused to refund the money or abide by any UK web selling laws. This is a scam site selling cheap, mass prodcued, plastic wigs. Trustpilot gives them less than 1 star. These people are criminals.

This wig is very soft and realistic looking and also full in the back. It's very comfortable once you get it in place. Overall, this is a nice quality product!I am pretty happy with it! It's my first time ordering a wig and I'm impressed at the quality of it. It look super natural. I love it!

Purchased a remy wig. Took it out of box and carefully brushed it with the brush I also bought. The amount of hair that fell out was unbelievable. This happened again when I brushed it again. You can see the cap through the thin hair on the top. Very unhappy with product. I wont be wearing it. What a waste of money. I feel its pointless contacting the company as they will make up some reason for not dealing with the very poor quality. I purchased a remy wig from them about 2 years ago which was ok, hence the reason I purchased another. I wont buy another from them. I certainly do not recommend this company.

I ordered a shoulder length wavy grey wig as shown in the picture so I could experience how I would look before going full on grey naturally. I chose a wig that looked youthful in the image online, what I received was a short, curly wig with a full fringe that made an old woman look older! I have tried to contact for a full refund and was told to take to a hairdresser to sort out! How can a hairdresser make a short wig long?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a "human hair" wig from them. When it arrived, it was obviously not human hair, it was synthetic and made of nylon. You could also see the cap through the hair, it was disgusting. I've bought better Halloween wigs for a couple of quid. I emailed them straight away asking for a refund and an address to return it to. Then followed a stream of emails with them offering me £40 refund, then £50, then £60 if I was to keep this disgusting thing. NO I wanted a full refund. I also found out that they are based in China, NOT the UK address that they purport to be. Thankfully I had paid via PayPal on my credit card so after getting nowhere with the company, I did a dispute and PayPal ruled in my favour. This company is just a bunch of vile scammers. I also found out that the BBC did an investigation into them in October 2020. Just google BBC URHair

Don't buy anything from this site. You get a hideous, cheap synthetic wig that is absolutely nothing like the one ordered. Lucy is rude and won't give return details. Am not getting any replies now. I have reported them to Trading Standards, PayPal and Trustpilot where they have only have fake 5* reviews or genuine 1*. Don't buy from them, you will absolutely regret it. If you do use PayPal or a credit card.

This company is s scam and are acting fraudulently. Look on the internet for trustpilot and see genuine reviews. They take your money and you receive sub standard wigs in wrong colour and style. They refuse to give refunds. I understand they are under investigation. Please be careful as what you receive will have no resemblance to what is on the site. I posted a negative feedback and they took it off. Very suspicious of those on here.

I ordered a wig from this company and it was described as lace front. It is not. I paid over £100 for it and it looks like a bad cosplay wig. There is no lace, only something I have never seen on any wig before, not even a cheap costume one. See the attached pics. It has a thick white band sewn right at the hairline which makes it impossible to part of blend in your own hair. It looks like a clown wig. They refuse to let me return it and refund me.

I have breast cancer and bought what was suppose to be a natural real hair wig to get me through this part. I have received a horrendous poor quality synthetic wig. Wrong colour... nothing like what was Illustrated. I emailed the day it received to ask how I could return it and receive a refund. I have now had 3 replies asking me to consider 'Their' position as it cost them a lot of money to customise and therefore won't be able to resell it. Asked me to please wash it and take it to a hairdresser to reshape? And finally maybe I can use it as an alternative! Absolutely shocking customer service. I have paid over £150 for a wig I cannot and will not wear... there is 3 inches of length longer on one side than the other and the back is around 3 inches shorter than the front... this is suppose to be a shoulder length wig... it's horrendous and all over the place.

AFTER SO MANY BAD REVIEWS, WHY ARE THEY STILL TRADING?

Wish I could give no stars. Please do not buy from this company. They are absolute thieves. I ordered a wig, it came but did not look nice at all. I put everything back in it's original packaging and emailed them to return it considering no where on their website does it state they don't accept returns, after emailing back and forth for over 2 months now I still haven't received my money back. Over £90 gone down the drain. Please save yourself the headache!

You can buy a better looking wig from a fancy dress shop. They are nothing like the pictures on the site. They offer a guaranteed 30 day refund. That's a bare faced lie. After repeated emails its not happening. We were conned. Lots of others have been conned. Don't get conned. Please go somewhere else
