Once i got few clothes which were a bit low quality, but when i spoke to customer care person named Samuel, he instantly refunded the amount to me. I always prefer to shop with Patpat and also refer my friends

I had a voucher to redeem against and order that I had completely forgotten about and that has expired. I reached out to their customer service team and they instantly agreed to have it extended for another couple of months so that I could use it. It would have otherwise been $40 down the drain so I was very happy and thankful that they reinstated it so quickly and easily.

I love the adorable Christmas onesie I purchased for my granddaughter. Great fit and she was so excited to receive it. Very happy with the updates on my orders through email and in the app along with tracking numbers provided of when my order arrives. Very happy with purchase and made another.

Pat pat has so cute baby clothes and so soft comfortable and and the price is so good you don't have to spend thousands of dollars to but cute clothes and their customers service is best specially their worker named Heinz he is the best

I love patpat. I ordered from them 4-5 times and it's always good quality, fast shipping and not expensive! I accidently ordered the same item twice, I contacted then and they answered me within 24h with a solution and refunded me. I'm very happy with them!

Recently ordered here for the first time. Overall loved everything I received, everything looked just like the photos. I ordered a bunch of baby clothes and I'd say 4 out of the 25 items I ordered wasn't really the material I was expecting. I did try to return it and GENALIE was the one who assisted in the return process. He was very helpful and let me know all my options for the return. I do recommend this site as you can find very nice quality items and super cute up to trend clothing for an affordable price

Both positive and negative experience I had but overall GOOD experience. Lost my package after status said delivered And had to contact Usps for the tracking. I had to open a case under Usps and also continuously was in touch with patpat service team.

They were very quick to give response answered every question and took case seriously with utmost care and started redelivery process. But I again requested for refund as it wasn't already too late dealing with all the processes and I dint want to wait further. PATPat team was very kind enough to acknowledge my request and initiate the refund. Totally satisfied customer service and treated website.

I would totally encourage customers to buy here as they are reliable retailers.

I recently put the incorrect address so my order was returned to the facility but Jonalyn reached out and helped me redirect my order. I am so happy because I was really awaiting the items arrival and now I'll have them.

Patpat is best for buying kids clothes. Its collection is excellent with wide variety. Price is affordable. Quality of clothes is great and long lasting. Customer service is nice and helpful. Happy customer.

It was great experience to order clothes from pat pat.
There was a issue with our order as few of the items were missing however Romel from their support team escalated the issue further and got us refund for the missing item.

The first time I bought on Patapat I got clothes for my daughter and I have to admit that I was mind blown by the quality along with the great prices. Then I ordered xmas matching pjs for my family and I made a mistake on my order. When I contacted PatPat they were quick to help me solve my issue. In all honestly my order wasn't what I was expecting sizing wise. I contacted Support and Hazel was so kind and efficient to get my issue resolved. Even though my experience with what I wanted wasn't successful Hazel helped me out and solved my issue and now I look forward to shopping at PatPat again.

I purchased 4 items from this site for my daughter, and I am very surprised at the overall quality of material. Although, 2 of the dresses did run a bit bigger, they're gorgeous for any occasion!
