I ordered a jacket for my grandson and when it arrived, I discovered that the sizes run small. I contacted PatPat customer service about making an exchange and was able to quickly resolve the issue to the satisfaction of both parties. The courtesy and respect I was shown by the customer service team was world class. I would highly recommend PatPat to anyone who has young children.

The second time I ordered a new outfit for my daughter they sent me an outfit with BLUE stains all over it... How does a NEW outfit have stains all over it... their chat person didn't even care. Just said they would refund the outfit and no apology. Ridiculous...

Just stay away from this app. It says free return but when you want to request a return you have to spend a long time to connect to an agent. Ask you lotf of questions about why do you want to return. For acceptance reasons like incorrect size or different than picture, they will respond you very impolite that you are lying! Then after taking your time, just say ok you can return but you have to pay for shipping! Which it costs to me $30 for an order that it was only two pieces! Sooo expensive items and very low in quality. If you order from this app you lose money and the free return is fake

Recently ordered here for the first time. Overall loved everything I received, everything looked just like the photos. I ordered a bunch of baby clothes and I'd say 4 out of the 25 items I ordered wasn't really the material I was expecting. I did try to return it and GENALIE was the one who assisted in the return process. He was very helpful and let me know all my options for the return. I do recommend this site as you can find very nice quality items and super cute up to trend clothing for an affordable price

I've ordered from this company 4 times already. One order was for a photo shoot for my kids and I have gotten nothing but compliments on the clothes! Fast shipping, great quality clothes, and all at such an amazing price. I'll be buying so much more in the future!

Great quality clothes, great discounts. Become a member and log in to the app for everyday discounts. I've never encountered any issues with my orders. Since I've ordered in big quantities very recommendable. They ship fast. If your bag comes ripped it's not PatPat it's usually the post office because they throw our bags around that's only if you have a big order like i usually do. But I've had great experiences this is my go to for childrens clothes.

I purchased this sleeveless dress for summer. It's a really nice style but unfortunately the XL was too small in the top part. Customer service was fantastic and helped me with that. This fit is more of a T-shirt dress. They have a great selection of dresses to choose from so I highly recommend.

PatPat has cute, affordable clothes! You have to check reviews for correct sizing, but if you're willing to make the effort, it's a great site to get cheap maternity and nursing clothes from, especially when they have sales!

I absolutely love the quality of the clothing items. The site always has these "Flash Deals" where you can grab items for nearly nothing. They also sell matching outfits, which I personally adore! I will definitely be ordering some for my daughter and myself! When I had a problem with my order *Which was my fault, not PATPAT's* the customer service team were swift and prompt and respectable to help me resolve my issue!

True to my words, you won't regret shopping from PatPat. Worth your every penny and you will be amazed with the quality of the dresses like I did. I never seen/bought any dresses with such a quality for an affordable price. And the customer services are also unbelievably amazing. I got help from JAMES, member of customer support team. I purchased clothes from patpat and make account on patpat. I reached Lv3 level as they mentioned members can get extra benefits. But unfortunately they doesn't support for customers and manipulating their own policy. I was on Lv3 level and can get free bday gift for my kid. But surprisingly they are not gave me any notifications on my kid bday as I put all deatil on patpat profile. When I asked their team for customer benefit they refused to give me. Now onwards I will never buy any products from patpat. Because it's high price, high shipping charges and small clothes size.

I'm expecting a little girl and wanted to buy matching outfits for me and her. All other websites had either awful clothes or extremely expensive outfits. PatPat showed up and WOW Beautiful garments, quality fabrics, exactly as pictured. Price is UNBEATABLE! I couldn't be more happy about my purchases and will do often.

Hey everyone! I love a good quality company I can standby behind. So we decided to go with patpat for our matching pjs this year and they did not disappoint. Shipping was fast and I loved that all the sizes to choose from were on the same page so there was no searching for them like I've had to do on other sites. Anywho enjoy these pics of my family in our apparel. Did I mention they are true to size and the customer service has been amazing. PatPat offers a large selection of items. I love when they allowed extreme discounts on items. Where the item may only be a few cents! I have personally enjoyed the women's maternity and nursing section. My favorite are the nursing sweatshirts with zippers. As well as many baby items! Customer service has been very efficient and helpful. The one representative I worked with was Elaine. And She was prompt at returning me emails and outlined clear instructions for my refund.

Great quality clothing and you can't beat the prices! Shipping was good and they keep you updated with shipping as well so you know when you can expect your order. There are always sales which is amazing and the clothes fit true to size

Customer service is incredible and very helpful they were fast to address my issue (sizing.) My only complaint would be that the family outfits and swimsuits don't come in bigger sizes for women. Be sure to order up at least 1 or 2 sizes.
