Everytime I've contacted them they are very helpful and I was able to travel with my service dog and even enter the Hilton without problems. Wonderful customer service too!
I never received the hand out cards that I ordered with the ID cards for both dogs! I didnt realize until I git this email, that I hadnt received the whole order since there was such a delay receiving the ID cards. Now I just want my money back, for the cards I never got.
This was an easy process and was simple to do. I highly recommend using usaservicedogs.com for your pet.
Service was great n site easy to figure out n has lots of info. Justwish prices were lil cheaper for the service dog stuff
This card does not work, you need a letter from a physician. Carolyn who was the person I talked to about a refund was extremely rude.
We have reached out to Dakota about the order to try to determine the issue, however we don't have a Carolyn on our staff and never have so the buyer may have confused us with a different company.
