Placed order, 2 week later call for update and they told me everything was ok but some item were on back order and I was ok with it. Couple days later received an email telling me that I need to change the quantity of item that I was order because the was a mistake on the quantity they advertise. I bought 1 pack of 12. They tell me, to received 12 item I have to buy 12 item, when clearly the description was indicating buy 1 box of 12. The customer service did not provide any helpful solution was to buy the other 11 item to receive the 12 or cancel order, and they cancel the order for me.
