They are a fraud! They are full of lies and they don't even put up any ads I've never seen not one of my up. Luckily they don't live far from me so I will be paying them a visit. They stay at Ponce de Leon blvd.

I made a post on Cragslist and after minutes Local Directory called me asking me to confirm my information because it would be the last step to get started with CRAGSLIST. I asked them more then one time if they were from Cragslist and they said they were my account manager. It happened yesterday 10/18/2019 today I woke up and checked my credit card and they charged me 4 times already. I will definitely put them on their spot! (Lawsuit is the way to stop it)

I was going to sign up with this company. Someone called back and said I need to pay for something else when I was told the price was $5 a month. I told them to cancel everything. They just went into my account and took out 155 dollars. I did not agree to this. I am reporting it to the better business and my bank. People is always scamming and trying to get over.

I tested the US Directory service out thinking that I would pay $5 for the first month. Then I saw them take $90 out of my account just a few days later. I never did get any business from their service. I specifically asked about their fees and was told that all I would be charged is $5 the first month, then $40 per month thereafter. How did $40 turn into $90? And, I didn't even have the service for a month yet, so why was I even charged in the first place?

Did absolutely nothing that they said they would do. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people they only want your money and do not provide anything else.

Found out after receiving a bill for $118.00 that usdirectory.com charges you for being on the internet. It advertises that any reference you receive from their advertisements charges you $0.25. In fact, any time i was searching or "googling" on the internet it charged me $0.25. I went with them for advertisement and my company's doors aren't even open yet. No one knows the company name so they are unable to look it up. I found out they use your wifi address and anyone who uses your internet will cause you a charge each time it's used.

They called me, and stated they were with an advertising company I am using, they are not. They lied! They told me that I owed a $50.00 activation fee. I gave them a credit card to pay the $50.00. This is a dishonest company, which gives concern as to what they are going to utilize our companies credit card. Theft is theft, but the government seems not to prosecute these white collar thieves.

I received a phone call from this company stating they were from google. No big deal as google is a reputable company. I was then told I would be charged $9.95 to have my business listed on google, and would receive an email confirmation via email. Come to find out I was in fact charged $49.95 from a company I never heard of and never received an email confirmation! Please stay away!

I called to cancel and they did so. I thought it was $5/mo as well and even took notes on the initial call July 2021. I let it go and didn't realize I was getting charged $150 from them until my bank notified me. I called them and the lady was accommodating and professional. She explained the 25cents per click and in theory sounded good and said I had an email with all the details of my clicks etc but the email they sent to wasn't working right so honestly I don't know about the email but I cancelled anyway and so hopefully won't get charged.

I'm so glad I looked this up while I was on the phone with them because I would have payed my $5 and probably been charged even more. I'm a new business owner and these people called me with like all my intel and sounded legit I'm going off what other people say and saying it's a scam honestly the guy was Indian and said his first name was James and last name Garcia.

You get a call and they say you'll be listed for "AONE TIME FEE OF $5"

This was in February of 2018.
They've taken $50 from my bank every month ever since!

I have tried to call, email, write to cancel... well guess what thers's no way to reach them!
They will not respond and won't quit taking my money!

If you can. SUE THEM!

When you open your account and create your listing, they will send you an email with links to billing and a dashboard. You will sign an agreement. READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. You might have been led to believe that you will be charged $5/month for your listing. You will not see anywhere else in the setup that you will also be charged 25 cents per click which will be charged to your card each month. They will charge you successively more each month.

This is a scam. You've been warned. Train your office staff to know the difference and not be duped by this company.

Signed up in July I was told 5 dollars a month after a 6 month free trial today my card was charged 140 since July I have gotten a new card they somehow got that information I called and the lady was rude and unprofessional and will not do anything about it

I've been with US directory for many years and it has been working for me well Especially during COVID, I got a lot of leads. I have a cleaning business. I guess a lot of people look online for cleaning services on the old proven sites.

Simple directory where u can put your own promotion s, social media etc... I even got 40% off from CLEANING SERVICE in my area. Great deals

In my point of view is a great company, has given me very good results. In fact already recovers the invested. I've been working with them for three months and I have no complaints so far.

We were paying $5 per month for basic service that included a cap on charges but they charged an additional $93. Had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes and they kept giving the run around.

It's 5 dollars per month, plus 25 cents per click. So the other reviews are correct in saying this is a very expensive service.

Total Scam. Was told it cost $5 mo +$0.25 cents per referral Lead not to exceed $5 per Month. After The First Month And Not Getting A Single Lead I Was Charged $155. When I called they told me lie after lie and couldnt tell me why I was charged that amount. The rep also told me I wasnt able to speak to a manager because they were on a different floor at 1825 Ponce de Leon Blvd #177, Coral Gables, FL *******. Upon farther inspection I learned the address is a UPS Store Mail box. The Rep lady that had a Indian Ascent told me her name was Barbie Smith, another lie. There Is so many complaints saying the same thing.

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD #! SCAMMMMMMMMM!
