Tried us directory's new service - leads on demand. Good leads. I have a cleaning service. Carlos from customer support was a great help.

I was called by sereral people this scam is bigger then you think. The numbers that called me
***********************************327 (he's really slick)
*******783 (Carlos Payne, after I confronted him he said I hope you caught covid)
*******052 (called and wanted to add he to US directory and I told her about the last phone call saying I hope you caught covid and she said nothing)

They called me, and stated they were with an advertising company I am using, they are not. They lied! They told me that I owed a $50.00 activation fee. I gave them a credit card to pay the $50.00. This is a dishonest company, which gives concern as to what they are going to utilize our companies credit card. Theft is theft, but the government seems not to prosecute these white collar thieves.

Not happy with us directory they tell you how good us directory is and how good they are about getting you leads and phone calls they promise all this package deals how good theses deals are I haven't seen anything good come out off us directory yet other then I'm wasting money I see nothing good come out off this business I'm not only paying us directory now I'm getting a bill from yp sinch I didn't sign up with yp so they better get that straightened out like I said nothing good about this business I give this business a 0

Did absolutely nothing that they said they would do. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people they only want your money and do not provide anything else.

No results! I cancelled my subscriptions and they still charged my account $95 that I need back! Do not use, I do not recommend.

I had just set up a Google My Business profile when they called, and lied to me about being an agent assigned to me from Google. Told me they could put my business at the top, and promote it for $5 a month, so I thought "that's not bad." They are currently trying to take $97 put of my account, because apparently they charge you 25 cents per reference. The sight claims I have almost 3000 references from them, which is laughable, because I haven't received any calls, emails, or messages from customers through US directory. They will lie to you just to get your card info.

I'm so glad I looked this up while I was on the phone with them because I would have payed my $5 and probably been charged even more. I'm a new business owner and these people called me with like all my intel and sounded legit I'm going off what other people say and saying it's a scam honestly the guy was Indian and said his first name was James and last name Garcia.

Total Scam. Was told it cost $5 mo +$0.25 cents per referral Lead not to exceed $5 per Month. After The First Month And Not Getting A Single Lead I Was Charged $155. When I called they told me lie after lie and couldnt tell me why I was charged that amount. The rep also told me I wasnt able to speak to a manager because they were on a different floor at 1825 Ponce de Leon Blvd #177, Coral Gables, FL *******. Upon farther inspection I learned the address is a UPS Store Mail box. The Rep lady that had a Indian Ascent told me her name was Barbie Smith, another lie. There Is so many complaints saying the same thing.

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD #! SCAMMMMMMMMM!

Told me 5 man you only pay five more a month! Liars it's 500$ a year or some stupid crap! Some piece of crap hustler sales guy on the phone! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
