They are SCAMMMERS and I advise anyone to stay away from them. One of their sales rep called me around June of 2018 and identified himself as a Google rep and told me he would help me business get more online exposure for $5.00. I was actually looking into contacting Google so I thought it was a good timing. The payment for $5.00 was immediatly taken out of my bank account. Few days later I got to speak with an actual Google advertising person and it was then when I realized that I had been scammed.

I have been trying to cancel the service since around July, but It is impossible to get in contact with these people. Phone number does not work and emails do not get any type of response. I finally was able to speak with one of their reps and I explained my frustration and ask them to cancel the service immediately. The rep told me she was cancelling the service and there would be no further automatic payments. Next month they took the payment again, so my nightmare was not over. I had to keep trying to contacting them again until I finally spoke with someone again. I asked them to refund my money after I explained that I had cancelled my unwanted subscription a month prior. She told me that she wasn't seeing any record but she would cancel the service this time.

They refund me one month, I thought I was finally done with these people and would never hear from them again. Today they came back and took $99.00 payment out of my bank account. I contacted my bank to try to stop payment but it was too late. I am now again going thorough this nightmare. I hope I can get my money back.

Anyone reading this, if you are starting up your small business and need advertising, please do your research first and be extremely careful. There are a lot of companies out there that called themselves advertising companies and make all these promises about helping your business grow online exposure. DO NOT give them your money unless you are extremely certain they are legit.

When I signed up for USDirectory, the support person stated that I would only be charged. 25 cents per hit for individuals who directly opened my business homepage through the USDirectory site. The charge would max out at $3 per day. Google already provides me a monthly report on the number of people that open my homepage each month, so I thought the charge would be low and, if not, my business revenue would greatly increase, making the cost worth it. My business provides is a very specific service for select clients seeking my expertise, so on average I just don't get that many website hits per month. For each of the first three months of USDirectory service, USDirectory stated that I had so many hits on my website through its directory that the hit charge cost maxed out each and every single day, based on what I was charged at the end of each month. However, my monthly Google reports over the same period reflected no where close to the number of hits stated by USDirectory, and no increase over the months prior to using USDirectory. And I saw no additional business calls while using USDirectory. I learned my lesson. Learn from my mistake as a business owner. USDirectory is a total scam to take your money.

This company called me with a solicitation and promised me that I would never be charged more than $5.00 a month. Today I checked my account and I was charged over $120.00. I then called to find what was going on and why I was charged so much. The woman I spoke with said she couldn't refund me and when I asked to speak with her supervisor she said that she did not have a supervisor on duty for the next 24-48hrs. I then canceled my account and asker her to have her supervisor call me. A woman called me only about an hour later (which was nice) she told me that she couldn't refund me all of the excess funds that were charged but should credit me back the last month that was charged. I told her that I had already filed a dispute with my bank and they had already issued me credit and VISA would be getting involved. She then told me that if that was the case she would not be able to issue me any credit. (understandable... because it would equate to double credit).
As far as the service goes I had no inquires from this service on my end. I would not recommend this service at all ever to any one for any reason!

I tested the US Directory service out thinking that I would pay $5 for the first month. Then I saw them take $90 out of my account just a few days later. I never did get any business from their service. I specifically asked about their fees and was told that all I would be charged is $5 the first month, then $40 per month thereafter. How did $40 turn into $90? And, I didn't even have the service for a month yet, so why was I even charged in the first place?

About a year ago I started with USD and I was set on pay per reference package which is the $. 25 cents per reference. I was a start up company and could not afford this although I called customer services the next day after setting up and the representative was so nice and polite. She offered me a flat rate package of just $29.95 per month to just get my feet wet a little and try out the company. I agreed after doing my quarterly report I seen such a growth in business. This is an amazing services and I would recommend it to any one of my colleagues.

Contacted USD because I wanted to confirm pricing and make sure the business was not a scam. USD has different packages to help all budgets. When they offered services to me they did explain that the $5.00 charge is a monthly fee and if I want advertisement to be placed out it would have to be one of the following packages either $29.95 $49.95 $79.95 OR THE $99.95. They also explained the package the call PPR which is $5.00 a month plus $0.25 per reference (when ever the listing appears) with and ADJUSTIABLE daily spending cap. The email explained everything and I just didn't read it carefully enough. They helped me stay in budget and helped me gain lots of business. I have been with them for 4 months and so far not a single problem.
