This site will do everything to try and leave you the impression their "registration" products for dogs are necessary. For the real deal see ADA.gov, where you'll find:
"There are individuals and organizations that sell service animal certification or registration documents online. These documents do not convey any rights under the ADA and the Department of Justice does not recognize them as proof that the dog is a service animal."
I usually don't write reviews, but I've read some bad things about them on BBB and would like to say that those are all lies. I've had a pleasure of dealing with them. Every email, every inquiry had been answered and resolved in a very prompt manner. Although my package was returned by my $#*!ed postal worker, they immediately resent it back using a different method. Thank you so much guys, you've been great!
