When we (the host of users that I connected with who used them) started using User Interviews it seemed refreshing. They basically interview you and you give your take on various subjects and content; however, when it came to receiving payments, support, and further studies, the truth about the brand became clear. Basically, they (not the brands that hired them) pick and choose who they will use and pay (which basically boils down to profiling. I know someone who received high ratings yet has been waiting months for a payment, and support has been ignoring the panelist's requests repeatedly. They also have stopped accepting panelists at all, as they now solely focus on furthering their brand for research with hopes of getting those clients to help pay panelists. (The problem is that they are not paying panelists. We have proof. At which means or end is this brand truly facilitating anyone. It actually makes sense in those regards why they aren't paying panelists.)Avoid them & report them!
Tip for consumers:
You're better off avoiding these guys. They are really trying to morph into the start up game via the guise of research for various brands. Long story short they don't have the capital, means, or even clients to succeed in the manner they are presenting themselves. Brands work as effective as the bottom guys are facilitated. Right now and since around tax time, we've gotten 'nothing' in exchange for the success of other brands. Stay away!
