I was extremely pleased with with the shipper I decided on. He was on time, and very apparent he had done this before. He was asked to place my trailer in a difficult location, but he done what was asked. I would use him again

The helped me find a carrier that turned out be fantastic! They faced few obsticles trying to pick up my car in Kentucky, they stayed with it, and delivered my car to California in a couple of days! Gave the payment number to the carrier and he was on his way! It was a very positive experience!

The delivery company for uShip delivered my broken items to a granite countertop company in the town of intended delivery with instruct to repair and deliver. (Yes, random!) The mover left town without completing paperwork and is now unresponsive. The corporate structure of uShip allows for fingerpointing and abdication of responsibility. Full of scammers at many levels.

Do not use this company i tried to get a car transported from A to B at a cost of £384 and he used a company name that was all legit. Garage contacted me to inform me the car hadn`t been picked up so i called the named company and they don`t even use uShip as a 3rd party to get work. I had paid the deposit of £80 and then had been given a bank sort code and account number and paid the remaining balance. My bank was really good and gave me a full refund and i also got deposit back from uShip but the fact they don`t vet any party using their website is a worry stay well clear please!

Hauler Brothers were AMAZING. Iam very picky and they met all my needs. The communication was great! Their timing for pick up and delivery was great. They wrapped my item perfectly!
I definitely will be using them again...

I booked shipping thru Uship with this Unfortunate, No experience Shipper called T&Z Auto Detailing/Moving and Shipping. Uship does not check their shippers background or profile before promoting them on their list. So basically you have to do your own homework. Uship also has a hidden charges of Recommended Cargo Insurance which they will prompt you after everything thing is finalized, in this case you are confused and go with your guts because it is $98 extra then your shipping + tax. Unfortunately I did not took the Cargo Insurance and my 2016 Hayabusa motorcycle was damaged on both the side. When I call the Uship guys they said we can do anything as there was no Insurance purchased and shipper was not at all on the talking terms as they are not professional also not Insured. Take my experience and try to get a Insured private shipper Atleast you can talk to them and they will work with you straight.

This was my very first time using uShip and I would say at first I was very skeptical. When I placed my bid I really was not sure of what I was doing. However when I received the offer from All seasons and just based on his initial response I just felt that they were the right company to go with. From my first interaction with them they were just excellent. Very friendly and proffesional. Very, Helpful answered any questions They went above and beyond to assist me. I would highly recommend them

Bought a large item on Amazon that I needed to return and the seller was kind enough to refer me to uShip. I did get a FedEx quote before listing my shipment on uShip. I quickly received a more competitive offer on uShip and accepted it. Never having used a shipping service outside of USPS, UPS and FedEx, I was a little intimidated by the whole bid process at first, but I had ZERO reason to be. It was straightforward, simple and saved me a ton of money.

Andrea in the office helped me work around Hurricane Idalia, and Patrick the driver had some real challenges with the marinas, but he and I got it sorted out and delivered/launched on time. Captain Kent- Indigo Dream Tours

Uship works with 3rd party company and they do not take care of your shipping, they just do a bridge between you and the shipping company, if something goes wrong they do not help and in my experience, they are also overcharged. They don't use trustful 3rd party company as the one they provide to me I am request an invoice for over a month and they are not sending it to myself.

DON'T USE THEM! I scheduled a shipping through them on 6/11, using Tempus Logix. Shipping was supposed to occure between 6/11 and 6/16. My credit card was charged 6/11. Car was never picked up and recieived a phone call saying they needed another week, I told them I would find my own company, which I did. Funds were not released back in my credit card by uship until 7/9. These companies get your money and then shop yhour shipment on central dispatch for a fraction of what they are charging you, in hopes of making a huge profit, and when no actual carrier picks up the shipment your vehicle just sits there. Would rate at zero if I could.

The whole process was easy and efficient.
My antiques arrived in great condition...better and less expensive than traditional carriers.
I fully intend to use this service again.
