They say I was scammed, so I guess I will hardly accept for another person to deliver something to me using this website. Very unhappy experience. Seems so easy for scammers to use, and no help to rectify afterwards.

This was my very first time using uShip and I would say at first I was very skeptical. When I placed my bid I really was not sure of what I was doing. However when I received the offer from All seasons and just based on his initial response I just felt that they were the right company to go with. From my first interaction with them they were just excellent. Very friendly and proffesional. Very, Helpful answered any questions They went above and beyond to assist me. I would highly recommend them

I used to ship for UShip. Had a perfect rating. Night before my last trip my partner broke his leg and I was unable to find a replacement. UShip told me I would no longer be able to accept deliveries if I cancelled my shipments. So I did it on my own. I scratched a ladies floor and offered to pay for it to be refinished. Now I am kicked off the site and they tell me that I won't be paid for my shipments I already did.

Communication is everything and that's what they brought to the table because transferring something of thousands of dollars, you want to know exactly where it's at. They did awesome!

I booked shipping thru Uship with this Unfortunate, No experience Shipper called T&Z Auto Detailing/Moving and Shipping. Uship does not check their shippers background or profile before promoting them on their list. So basically you have to do your own homework. Uship also has a hidden charges of Recommended Cargo Insurance which they will prompt you after everything thing is finalized, in this case you are confused and go with your guts because it is $98 extra then your shipping + tax. Unfortunately I did not took the Cargo Insurance and my 2016 Hayabusa motorcycle was damaged on both the side. When I call the Uship guys they said we can do anything as there was no Insurance purchased and shipper was not at all on the talking terms as they are not professional also not Insured. Take my experience and try to get a Insured private shipper Atleast you can talk to them and they will work with you straight.

Andrea in the office helped me work around Hurricane Idalia, and Patrick the driver had some real challenges with the marinas, but he and I got it sorted out and delivered/launched on time. Captain Kent- Indigo Dream Tours

We needed to ship a car from FL to NH and we were able to pick a shipper at an affordable price. We went with Tempus Logic and they found a driver quickly. We were in contact with them through the whole process and they picked up and delivered door to door.

Everything went well. Grandfather clock was picked and delivered within time frame given. It was wrapped with care.

Uship works with 3rd party company and they do not take care of your shipping, they just do a bridge between you and the shipping company, if something goes wrong they do not help and in my experience, they are also overcharged. They don't use trustful 3rd party company as the one they provide to me I am request an invoice for over a month and they are not sending it to myself.

DON'T USE THEM! I scheduled a shipping through them on 6/11, using Tempus Logix. Shipping was supposed to occure between 6/11 and 6/16. My credit card was charged 6/11. Car was never picked up and recieived a phone call saying they needed another week, I told them I would find my own company, which I did. Funds were not released back in my credit card by uship until 7/9. These companies get your money and then shop yhour shipment on central dispatch for a fraction of what they are charging you, in hopes of making a huge profit, and when no actual carrier picks up the shipment your vehicle just sits there. Would rate at zero if I could.

Really good experience, the delivery was on time and the person in charge of my motorcycle was very helpful. I recommend.

I had been looking for a very special Magnavox Imperial Connoisseur model for DECADES, and finally found one in mint condition 800 miles away. Safe transport of this treasure was a big worry for me...but Uship and Travis Preston came through for me with flying colors! NOT A SCRATCH! Could not be happier.

I had to go through customer service because the company w@w enterprises did not compete there agreement and customer service got me a refund and resubmitted my bid with no hassle thank you uship

The uShip platform is easy to use and gives you many options to ship goods. This was my second shipment and I plan to use them for all my small load shipments.

One of the problems associated with bidding sites is that transport providers often mislead the public. One such provider calls himself HD_Buell who can also be found on shiply and delivery quote compare. This is a man who claims to deliver motorcycles for Harley Davidson, BMW and KTM. He doesnt.

Enquiries at his local dealerships around Newcastle and Durham being Gateshead and Leeds found that Harley Davidson have their own transport operation. BMW had never heard of the man who drives a car towing an open trailer. BMW don't use open trailers for the delivery of new bikes.

If you place a listing on Uship for a motorcycle to be collected and delivered do not use this individual as it is suspected he may also not have the required insurance to transport motorcycles.

Uship will find some good rates for LTL shipments, but buyer beware! We had several shipments damaged during transit and received no assistance from Uship at all. Since the shipment was contracted between Uship and the carrier (IE UPS, FEDEX, YRC, etc), the carriers will not deal with you for damage claims. Uship washes their hands of any damage by telling you to deal with the carrier. After getting screwed on a half a dozen shipments causing me many thousands of dollars in losses, I have moved on and will never use Uship again. Again, they find some good rates, but you are left holding the bag when something gets damaged.

Great shipper. On time and reasonable pricing. Treated my stuff with care and was friendly and communicative.

Tom was on time and helped me to get my fifth wheel ready for the road. He was courteous, dependable and happy to be of assistance. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

Wish I had researched them before I gave my information. They started spamming me with texts without me consenting to it the minute I submitted a request for quote. Read the reviews at consumer Affairs. They hire out to ANYONE, and people have had items stolen and vehicles held hostage, and getting things back is a nightmare because it takes a civil case against uship and whatever nefarious 3rd party the hire. STAY AWAY!

I've used you ship many times over the years. It's always been convenient and easy. I've never had any trouble with them, and their drivers are always cordial and professional.
