I have a 22' enclosed trailer I needed hauled from NV to TN. I'd never heard of Uship, but it was suggested by a friend. I posted my needs, had a few responses, and ended with a driver who had his MC and DOT #'s plus he was a TWIC driver (Dept Homeland Security clearance) and I felt confident my trailer would arrive safely. Driver kept in touch with me each day on the road and we coordinated our arrivals, his by road, mine by air, and made the drop off without a problem. I highly recommend Uship for your hauling needs. It was a simple process from start to finish.
Terrible experience. The third-party vendor contracted with this company delivered my vehicle 91 miles away from the delivery address. I had to arrange pick up in the middle of the night. The vehicle was picked up in working condition but delivered in non-working. The driver wasn't sure what happened. The vehicle has been at the dealer since the delivery. Too bad we have to use a 1-star to post a review, this company deserves a 0.
Uship does not care about you or your shipment. Uship cares about charging exorbant fees to both the Shipper and Carrier. As well as providing ZERO conciquences for its carriers when they Dont Show up or Completly disappear after pickup. Highy recommend using another company.
Ive ordered shipping through this company at the first time. Truck came almost in time. Driver was gentle. Delivery was quick and with care. Thank you! For heavy stuff this service much better than UPS.

I had 2 antique pieces that arrived broken. I was told that there would be some sort of compensation since these pieces can't be sold the way they are now. I am going to have to sell one "as is" and hire someone else to fix the other piece. I have never heard back after multiple attempts. Will NEVER use them again.

Not only do they charge huge fees (up to 35%) but they have no way to prevent a shipper from giving a bad review when it's totally bogus. Carriers are discriminated against and they keep lowering the prices as they compete for business. It should be just the opposite. Shippers keep bidding up to get carriers! The whole trucking business is run that way. As a carrier with Uship you keep lowering your $ trying to get a load which could take days. Trucking load boards are quick and the $ is listed. Uship sucks for many reasons! I had 2 Uship accounts. Don't use their service.
Excellent experience having an antique late 1800's item shipped. It was done professionally and arrived safe and sound as expected. It was difficult finding someone that would ship this item 1200 miles, but Uship.com came through with reputable shipper.

When an issue arrives uShip provides poor service on trying to resolve an issue but still takes their portion. Worst experience with a company I have had.

Shipped a motorcycle form Dallas to DC, bought a protection plan with uShip. After making a claim with uShip, they have yet to uphold their liability protection a month after. Terrible service.

Shipper broke my TV. Uship customer service was a joke, the protection plan was a joke, and the whole company is a disreputable scam. I'm out the value of my TV, the amount I had to still pay the idiot who broke it in transit, and costs to dispose of it when it arrived trashed.
Honestly, do not roll the dice on this organization. Look at all these reviews of people losing their items with absolutely no recourse. Avoid at all costs.
Hide behind "neutral third party" all you want, but you're enabling scammers to take items and money from customers and you should be ashamed.

My car was supposed to arrive on 10/22…did not arrive until 8 days later no updates I had to call for the. Then when I asked for a credit for the inconvenience of me having to keep a rental an extra 8 days they told me their delivery dates are not guaranteed. No apology no updates why am I the one reaching out when you don't arrive on time. I would not recommend because they don't take care of their customers.

I lost over $5,000 using U-ship. They don't vet their brokers. I shipped a crated engine using u-ship for $400 and 6 months later got a bill from fed-ex for over $5,000 saying they never got paid for the shipment. U-ship refused to help and it looks like the broker is out of business now. U-ship only refunded my "service fee" which is about $100. They told me they only connect shipper and shipping broker and are not responsible.

I was looking to have a car shipped to me and their rates were significantly higher than competitors. A lot of brokers will cause huge price increases. Do not use this site. Prices should be immensely competitive not super high.
I wanted to see how much a *potential* move would cost, so I used uShip to receive some quotes. Big mistake. It's been more than a week and my phone has been ringing almost every day since then with multiple callers trying to get my business, many calling repeatedly. Then there are the emails. Lots and lots and lots of emails. Do yourself a favor: if you want a shipping quote, contact a few companies directly. UShip seems like a good idea but the unwanted inundation from dozens of responses is ridiculous. If uShip wanted to provide a valuable service, they'd show you all the price quotes online on their site, like some auto insurance companies do to help you shop. What they do now is essentially trick you into supplying your contact info to be hounded for weeks afterward by third parties. Stay away!
We loaded a moving pod and everything did not fit. We were lucky to post on UShip and Steven responded that same day, he was in the area and could pick up that evening and deliver within our timeframe. He came a few hours later. Took around (17) items from CA on Tuesday and delivered them in Boise on Sunday. Excellent experience/service!

We had to have our equipment shipped across the country within a very tight and uncertain schedule with other work in multiple states.
Once booked, the actual date for pick up kept changing.

My shipper was awesome fully insured and even gave me pointers on how to ride my new motorcycle. Hampton decided to blow thru toll booths in 2 states. So far, over $200. In tolls + fines.

Pleased with process and the sofas were picked up on schedule and delivered as promised. Brandy communicated details and was excellent to work with. Price was fair.
Motorcycle was picked almost immediately and then I was hostage to the carrier who doesn't bother to answer email or text messages. He answers calls, but only to give promise of delivery date which is not kept. This happens day after day. Two weeks later I am still trying to get my motorcycle.
We were very satisfied and grateful we chose Ray to transport our trailer 2500 miles. It arrived on schedule. Communication was great, Ray is so pleasant and considerate. We'd definitely rely on Ray again and recommend him to friends. Such a pleasure meeting you.

Joseph contacted me within 10 mins of accepting his offer by text. We scheduled a pick up time, and estimated the delivery time for the next day.
He was in constant contact.
The family at the pickup address said he was friendly, and took great care in wrapping the antique cradle.
Once he arrived at my home, he and his helper carried it inside and unwrapped it. Great experience!
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I find an item in his shipping area!
