I have a 22' enclosed trailer I needed hauled from NV to TN. I'd never heard of Uship, but it was suggested by a friend. I posted my needs, had a few responses, and ended with a driver who had his MC and DOT #'s plus he was a TWIC driver (Dept Homeland Security clearance) and I felt confident my trailer would arrive safely. Driver kept in touch with me each day on the road and we coordinated our arrivals, his by road, mine by air, and made the drop off without a problem. I highly recommend Uship for your hauling needs. It was a simple process from start to finish.
Terrible experience. The third-party vendor contracted with this company delivered my vehicle 91 miles away from the delivery address. I had to arrange pick up in the middle of the night. The vehicle was picked up in working condition but delivered in non-working. The driver wasn't sure what happened. The vehicle has been at the dealer since the delivery. Too bad we have to use a 1-star to post a review, this company deserves a 0.
I have mixed feelings about UShip. UShip customer service was great and responded relatively quickly. However, since they hire third-party contractors in order to make these deliveries UShip can not help reaching out these third-party companies. After booking your shipment the only people that can help you are the third-parties customer service. I booked with Southeastern Freight Lines and although they delivered our packages without issues it was so hard to get them to even pick up out shipment. I scheduled a pick-up for Tuesday (07/30/24) and they kept "skipping" our stop without even a call stating they had an issue with the delivery instructions. Updates from both UShip and Southeastern Freight Lines were VERY minimal. Our shipment wasn't picked up until Thursday (08/01/24) and that only happened because I kept having to call customer service for a driver ETA. IT was a very stressful and infuriating experience and will most likely not use UShip again. The packages were delivered but it was SUCH an inconvenience I wouldn't want to experience again.
Same day response. Shipment from Florida to Pennsylvania. Drivers helped load and unload even though this was not required. All items arrived safely with no damage. Payment was through the Broker and made electronically. There was no cash exchanged. Very professional.

The helped me find a carrier that turned out be fantastic! They faced few obsticles trying to pick up my car in Kentucky, they stayed with it, and delivered my car to California in a couple of days! Gave the payment number to the carrier and he was on his way! It was a very positive experience!
I had never used a shipping company before and was really nervous after reading all these horror stories about people's experiences with shipping (at other companies) getting ripped off for their $ or having their stuff destroyed so I was very nervous but my experience with uShip was great, especially my driver Russell, he was a complete pro & kept me in the loop the whole week he took great care of my stuff & was just a really good driver! I'm glad everything went as well as it did I would be happy to use uShip in the future & would definitely recommend them to people & FOR SURE, I WOULD WANT RUSSELL TO BE MY DRIVER, HE WAS GREAT!

Was looking for a way to move a sofa 1300 miles and discovered uShip. Received several quotes, most of which were very high, in my opinion. I was in no rush, and eventually received a quote from a company that was reasonable and I jumped at the offer. Once the mover was contracted, everything was very smooth.
Arthur and his crew were very communicative and helpful throughout the transportation process. They treated my bikes with the utmost care as if they were their own. Will be utilizing their services for any future needs.
Uship was a great tool that helped me find the right boat transport for my boat. I put in my offer and received a dozen offers right out of the gate. Uship had all the reviews of each carrier which helped me narrow down my search. I paid on the Uship sight which went very smooth.
I contracted uship for a truck to be shipped on certain dates. A shipper took the offer and then after deposit was made shipper changed dates. I contacted uship and was told they could help. I had to leave on vacation late and go out of my way to get item shipped

I was a bit skeptical about shipping on a service that isn't a major moving company. I shipped a waverunner by trailer and Michael who is who I used. Was so great! Helped me get lights for my trailer and put them in for me. I did not know that were not working. He delivered on on time and contacted me through the whole process of where he was at and what time he would be delivering! I cannot say enough he was so great and if you need him to take anything for you. Use him for sure 👍
The whole process was easy and efficient.

Very easy to get a quote from many shippers. Inexpensive fee charged by uShip. I received a lot of fair quotes from various shippers so it is also very much a high profile 'go to' tool for shippers wanting to work directly with customers.
UShip provided simple instructions to follow to connect with potential shippers. Once the load information was posted then quotes began rolling in. It was easy to communicate with shippers about the load details. Our shipper was very responsive. Cost was reasonable & it was delivered by a courteous driver & arrived at the time provided.

Great first timer adventure! I never owned anything that needed to be towed more that motorcycle, so owning a 37ft 10inch 5th wheel RV for the first time I used you guys! As Rookie it was easy, my shipper was rated highly and he lived up to his ratings...Great way to do things! Kudos!
I needed to ship a motorcycle from Reno to Tucson. I used uShip and another website to try to find shippers. I have to say, I got fewer quotes on uShip, but they were all serious quotes from apparently high-quality shippers. I wanted closed transport, but on the other site, I was overwhelmed by low-ball quotes for open transport. And many of them used identical language, leading me to believe they were bots, not real shippers. So if I had to do it again, I'd forget about the other site and just use uShip.
Ultimately, I found an excellent shipper on uShip and booked the deal. The site was easy to use, seamless on payment, etc. So I was very satisfied. The shipper did a fantastic job as well. As I mentioned, all of the shippers on uShip appeared to be serious shippers, and I certainly wasn't disappointed by the one I selected.

I can't tell you how happy we were suing Uship for the first time. Dealing with Freight Brokers is a terrible experience, but Uship made it so easy and fast to get quotes.
Makes shipping incredibly affordable. You choose your driver and can see their reviews so you know pretty much exactly who you are hiring. I ship furniture with Uship for a fraction of what it would cost me with other mainstream shipping services. The drivers are personally accountable as well so even though I still insure my items(for a very low cost) I don't have to worry about if the piece will show up damaged. You also have increased communication, why track a package(even though its available) when you can text message your drivers! I am really appreciative for this service, it keeps MY prices lower and more affordable for my customers when I don't have to charge 600-1000 dollars to ship a dresser across the country. So many reasons to like this company.

I was very impressed with the entire experience. They first, make it easy for you to place your ad/shipment needs on their website. You just simply complete the standard form they have online. From there, the long list of established and credible shippers are notified of your needs. You will automatically start receiving quotes from those that can provide service. It is similar to an auction, but in reverse. As you receive their quotes, the price normally lowers as each transporter lowers their quote to gain your business.
In our experience, the price started at $3600, however by the end of the five day bidding process, we accepted the lowest bid at a price of $2495.
The transporter was very professional. He would contact me at the end of each day and let me know his progress. There is nothing more that I could ask for!

I used Uship a couple of times in its early years, and was very pleased, but at that time it was a much less structured process with no online app. Venturing into it again recently was interesting. The app takes a little bit of getting used to, but was generally easy to navigate once I found my way around. A couple of points of abrasion included that there were several bidders who didn't have any experience and when I asked for a description most did not reply. I also had an issue with bidders not paying attention to my very specific available delivery dates. Putting my request out there in advance was more trouble than it was worth because everybody wanted to come earlier than it was available for pick up and delivery. All that being said, the company I ended up going with was terrifically, flexible, incredibly professional, and just downright nice to work with. I would use Uship again.

This was the best delivery service I've ever used. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. My furniture was delivered in perfect condition. From Arizona all the way to Chicago!
