It was a pleasure doing business with these folks. They had the parts that I needed. When I had questions they replied in no time at all and, their prices were far better than any other place for the exact same parts.

So, I happened to be that rare situation. I placed an order and after almost 2 weeks still haven't receive the Steering wheel. Max delivery for California orders is 4 days maximum. I keep staring at the tracking took 3 days to get to bay area and still stuck in bay area for past 5 days and hasn't change. I call in and at first was told that it is a shipping issue and nothing He could do about it. Next day i call back and after plea my case. He said he will take care of it. He cancel the first delivery and 3 day ship a new order to me. I got the steering wheel and hub by Saturday and installed in 2 hours tops. Project completed. Will be buying again. What made me buy again is he was able to take care of me even though it was a shipping issue. Out of my control something he will have to work it out. Most importantly take care of customer. Very happy with service and quality of product.

I ordered a carbon fiber glove box for my s13 and I guess they came in damaged. So they refunded the money. I asked if they would be getting more soon but got no reply. I was very excited for this part and still would like to order one.

Definitely really pleased with this company and super happy to have found a place where they sell replacement parts for my NRG quick release! Also the shipping was super fast! I got my product in no time at all!

I never got a confirmation email regarding my order, but when I checked out i requested to receive text notifications for shipping. I received a text with my tracking #, it stated that order would be here Monday, it hasn't arrived and now I when I check the tracking, it just states that my item will arrive late, with no date given. This is very concerning, and hope that my item arrives soon.

US Performance Labs is a company that I never heard of, but glad that I found! The communication I received was solid to say the least, as well as the customer service overall! Pricing was fair enough and the item(s) I purchased were also accurate to the item description! Also, shipping was quick! All around awesome seller!

I ordered an NRG short steering hub adapter for my S13 and this is the only company I found that stocked them. This was my first order with US Performance Labs but it won't be the last. My order shipped promptly and arrived extremely fast! They sent email notifications when item is shipped, out for delivery, and when it is delivered. Very satisfied customer!

I was looking for a while and finally came across this site. At first I was nervous because I couldn't tell if the site was a scam or not lol. After a bit of research I was able to confirm and went ahead with purchase. Got the item super fast and it was just what I wanted. Even included some lit stickers. Highly recommend

It was very easy ordering from US Performance Lab to ship to Canada. The package arrived in less than a week. Wish I had been given the option to choose a faster courier service though. The website was very easy to work on as well.

After years of searching for a NRG Quick release retaining ring, they have them. Good price, quick delivery. The sales associate was helpful and patient when I called. By shear luck they were working on posting the ring online and by the hour after calling I was able to place my order.

I ordered the energy product over a month ago. After a week I emailed and they said that the supply company had not sent any product to them. They said by end of month they would have it and my order would be priority. End of the month came and no product so I emailed again and they said by end of week. Guess what I still have not received anything and no idea when they are going to get me my product. I am very disappointed with how they took my money but failed to send a product. If you have none to sell then you should not have taken my money.

This was my first time ordering NRG from a U. S supplier and not an in store retailer from where I'm from (Canada). The shipping was really quick and the prices were fair! Duties weren't too bad either. I would definitely order from them again.

Found the exact part I needed, however the item sat to be shipped for a couple of days. When it finally was sent out to be shipped it was delayed, not the company's fault but It just extended the delay. Shipping took about a week and a half but if it was shipped the day I ordered, I assume it would have taken one week.

I ordered an NRG Innovations quick release and hub adapter. The quick release i needed wasnt listed on the site so i contacted US Performance Lab. They added the part to the site within the hour and i had it ordered and in my hands within a couple days. The prices were better than any other seller as well!

I recently got a carbon fiber dash piece! This thing is beautiful! Extremely fast shipping! I mean it got here 2 days before they said it would! And customer service is great, they answered every question I had berfore purchacing! I will be back!

I was given a super nice steering wheel as a gift but needed an additional part to install the new wheel, so I jumped on line and found US Performance. My part was $20 cheaper from US and was shipped out right away. I recommend US highly.

After researching and buying from larger companies I came to realize they all had "fake" stock. I was told to give US Performance Lab a call, he picked right up and said he had the NRG seat i was after. Placed it on Thursday morning, shipped out Friday and got to my door in TN by Tuesday. Would definitely buy from this company again.

I really love my seat harness. I have been looking for them in pink and everyone said they were out of stock. I contacted NRG and they said they were in stock so I notified US Performance lab. They got with their salesperson and got me some and sent them very quickly! They even sent me a picture of them first so I could make sure they were the color I want. I wish they had a coupon because even after the free shipping they were still slightly higher priced than other sites seat harness, but I'm very glad they had them. Mine were hard to find so it made it worth it. They had my steering wheel hook from NRG too when others were sold out so I got that as well.

I was unable to source this particular part which was a NRG horn button retainer ring from the UK so had to purchase from the US. Resolved my issue so i am very happy, delivery time was 8-9 days which was expected the only gripe i would have is that the item cost around $11 but the delivery for a very small item with hardly any weight to it was around $30, i think the delivery charges could have been lower. But other than that very happy with the service.
