I ordered my NRG products here because I was referred from NRG Innovation themselves. And I was surprised! Next day, my package was shipped and after a week, I got it just in time! Best prices and they have everything I need. Would buy from here again!

I ordered an NRG ETD for my s2000 and parts arrived 2 days later after I ordered.
This company has one of the best customer service I've dealt with.
I will definitely order parts from this company in the near future.

My experience was great they did not have what I wanted in stock but said they would be getting it in two weeks called back got part will do business with them again.

I owe US Performance Lab an apology for this taking so long to post this review as their ability to jump and make things happen was the difference between comfort and discomfort in my life. I was working to repair a BMW and needed an adapter hub which was produced by NRG and the guys at US Performance lab reacted on a late evening for me on the east coast, to get the adapter shipped out on the west coast for overnight delivery for me on the east coast. Because of their reaction and response to my emergency, I was able to get the part installed for my wife to have her car and not to cost me a rental while I was gone on my business trip. These guys were the difference between leaving a car that wasn't usable and having it be complete in time for me. They responded as if I was a family member and I never felt like a customer or a burden throughout the entire experience. If any part of their business is a product I need in the future, I'll take my business and my family to them first.

US Performance was able to do what JEGS could not! Sell me an NRG short hub adapter for a 2002 Mazda Miata; and, they did it within days! Kudos! Placed an order for the NRG short hub, through JEGS, on April 6th, several days later was informed it was on back order with no ETA. After 2 months of getting the same response, I cancelled the order - it took about 10 -14 days to get the funds returned. I found the same part at US Performance, contacted them to see if it was actually in stock; then, placed the order! Received the part a few days later; and, it was about $10 less than from JEGS! Fantastic!

I placed my order with a man named CHUCK he was more than helpful he stayed on the phone until all my questions were answered and I had many of them he even made a follow up call to make sure everything went smoothly that's why I would and am telling all my friends about US PREFORMANCE LABS everybody should have customer service like that! Ordering was amazing! Easy and quick! A lot of professionallisem from the staff! I had a problem and they fixed it with in a few hours! Im for sure coming back!

I needed a specific piece of an engine damper. I emailed and they were about to find it and get it for me so that I didn't have to purchase another $100 part unnecessarily!

I looked on the site and it said it was in stock and it wasn't no one ever informed me till I got a hold of them good part they refunded money right away

Contacted Seller to verify in stock status before purchase, seller responded same day it was in stock.
Item Ordered and received promptly.

I got the wheel in about a week from ordering it, which is pretty awesome since it came all the way from Cali to FL! It fits really nice in the car and I couldnt be happier, thanks y'all.

Everything came on time and seems like very high quality stuff! The seats are lightweight but strong and everything is pretty straightforward on installing it.

I had ordered some NRG seat brackets and i am from canada, these guys are the only people i could buy from and they didnt disapoint, was expecting a couple weeks delivery time, but they showed up in almost a week, very pleased and would highly recomend these guys and would forsure shop here again.

I had actually struggled to find the gear I wanted in one place and shipped to Australia for a reasonable price and you guys delivered, USA to Australia shipping was nice and quick and tracking worked the whole way, thank youuuu

I was order two item which was available in the we then after 4 days I receive email that is the both item out of stock and if I want it I should wait 8 weeks
