U.S. Salon Supply

This place sucks. Ordered a box of 12 pens and received only 1 pen. Ad clearly displays a box of 12. The picture shows 12 ct box and the description in the listing does't state otherwise. The only way to contact the company is through email. They want me to send the pen back for a refund at my expense even though they messed up. They state they have no control over the listing, pictures or the price. Just don't understand why they feel they can send something other than what is described even if they don't have control over changing the listing. Total scam! False advertisement! Bait and Switch! Save your time, money and aggravation. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I promise you will thank me.
