I have been a US Tech Support customer for years. However, I am currently very displeased. I have had problems with the back up program I purchased 7 months ago and have had to call for support several times. The last 2 calls made today, I was told that a technician would be calling me after he completed his current call. Two hours later, I called again with the ticket number and was told a technician would call in 10 minutes. It is now again 3 hours and no call. Both times I was told the supervisor was notified and it would be expedited. I feel these are just "scripts" for different situations. Such a waste of my time trying to get the service I have paid for.

When I described my issue the tech who helped me worked meticulously and carefully to find the cause and create the perfect solution for me.
Talked to agent and explained the problems. He fixed all my issues, explained everything to me. Very professional and thorough.
They are professional and know what they are doing. Fixed all the issues I had. They remote in and do everything hands on. Also explained to me how to fix any issues like the ones I had in the future.
They helped me get my computer up and running smoothly again after finding out that microsoft had an update and eliminated permissions from some files that caused my virus scan program to think they were trojans and removed them. Corrected the permissions and the programs I needed now work.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the help, expertise, patience, knowledge, and above-and-above service provided by US Tech Support! This was my first experience with US Tech; I am not a 'techy' person, and their technician, Josh, accomplished the tasks needed to get me set up and going. Tech support is great- seem knowledgeable and helpful. But I had to argue with the supervisor for 10 minutes until she finally "found" that I had indeed renewed my subscription for the service. This happened a few months ago also.
Herb was my agent when I initially setup a 3 year PC Support and Identity Theft. Plus I needed maintenance and optimization on my PC. So far I'm liking what I see and have experienced with them. I truly hope it stays this way and not find out later down the road that they're customer support is lacking. But as I mentioned, so far I am very satisfied with the over all experience.

My 6 year old computer was running slow, would not download or open programs. Their technicians worked on my unit for over 6 hours and got it to work like new. The cost was $178.00 for one year of tech. Service plus the Iolo System Mechanic for a year. I received my moneys worth in one day. Their technicians were very pleasant and extremely knowledge.

I needed an updated version of System Mechanic after I was forced to revert from Windows 11 back to Windows 10. US Tech Support answered, claiming they owned System Mechanic. The first rep I spoke with tried to sell me a $200 package, then sent me a link for $31 when I still have 6 months on my computer. I called to complain and get what I needed. I got a call back from a US Tech Support tech who pushed me to let him take over my computer. No thanks! All I needed was a download link. I've dealt with these people several times -never a good experience.
I was a customer of Advanced Tech Support (ATS), which was replaced by US Tech. Service deteriorated from immediate and thorough to marginally adequate and very tedious to access. After a futile week of repeated calls (a few days after renewing payment) to have my computer tuned up, I closed my account. Without providing any service after payment renewal, they refused to refund much of my payment, and aggressively pursued continuation of my account. Their business model is offensive to deal with, and I would not recommend use of their services or software options.

I could not get program updates to load, tried dozens of time. US Tech Support solved the problem and did a great job. The tech I had, Jamie did a masterful job and was very pleasant to work with. I can highly recommend this company. It was the first time I used them and I will surely use them again.

The process of the online PC repair may take 2 to 4 hours, but my case was about 1 1/2 hour to resolve. I very happy to have this issue fixed!

I told them that my purchase was a one time event and I did not want to have an ongoing subscription. They billed me for a renewal and I told them that I phoned them for a refund which they failed to do. Their billing was completely fraudulent.
Tip for consumers:
Don't sign up for the service or they will bill you repeatedly. I have reported them to my credit card company as fraudulent
Was sold a subscription and was joined a remote session immediately for a fix to be made on my computer issue. I waited there for 2 hours and the rep continued to ask for my patience. I asked to cancel my subscription and was told to call a number. I did just that and was told that I would get a call in 4 hours. I did get a call and a level 1 tech tried to resolve the issue working on it for 3 hours - no resolution. The next day I expected to get a call at 9 AM, instead, it was 3 pm.
In the end, it took 24 hours to resolve my issue simply because it was a bad process. My level 2 tech took care of the issue in 45 minutes.

I have found this company to be a rare gem to have whenever you have any unforeseen problems (like hackers or malware on your computer that needs to be taken care of any time of the day. They have 24 hour service and their techs are good at what they do! They also offer you suggestions of what kind of software you can or should get to avoid any future mishaps.
I've used USTechSupport for over 10 years and couldn't be happier. Their technicians are experienced and really take the time to solve your issues. All of their departments from billing to technical get the job done right the 1st time. I can't say enough good things about this company!

It is a little spendy, but I have given up at big box stores computer IT guys or other online services. Iola products have been great for my computers over the years. I used these guys before, and in the long run they keep things on my laptop and desktop running great. Personable and willing to answers questions with easy to understand remedies.

Since US Tech Support took over for Advanced Tech Support the service has declined to the point I think they use an app to call my voicemail so they can say they called and I did not answer. Refuse to issue a refund for software they admit does not work. I purchased a lifetime membership to Panda for antivirus software and they told me they stopped using it and then charged me to buy the new one. I am tired of waiting 1-2 days and making multiple calls to get help. I do not believe they have people doing technical support at night but they will not admit it. If you do not buy every type of software they offer they will continue to bully you until you do.

US Tech Support has a group of knowledgeable technicians ready to assist those of us who do not know how to deal with computer issues. Recently I was required to complete incredibly complicated claim forms. First I could not even gain access to the forms and instructions. Tech One was able to find and remove security blocks that were not allowing me access. Tech Two helped reformat some of the screens so that I could see all the options. Tech three had to convert a PDF file that the claim process would not accept into a DOC document that the claims process would accept. He put the new document into a file that I could easily access as I had to attach said documents to 18 different claims. Neither I nor someone else trying to help me could make that happen.
US Tech Support does all their work effectively and efficiently to the satisfaction of the customer. They respond to the customer's request for help quickly and responsible for the outcome without excuses.
By connecting with a software application business about a wrong keyword I entered, they promply call me by phone and then asked me trough a mail if they could connect to my computer.
After accepted the connection remotely reset the software keywords and let me enter a new master code.
They wait until all the steps were done.
First of all the verified the permissions I have for the use of this application to know I owned that.
They performed a resumed report of the operations done while in connection with me.
A small questions were answered by me as the job was finished.

Don't be fooled! My husband and I have contacted US tech-support several times in the last couple of months. Each time they have told us we need more software on our computer. We spent hundreds of dollars with them and our computers still did not work correctly. They removed panda security recently and we found out that our computer was at risk. They tried to sell us their malware System even though we had panda for life and said that they no longer supported panda so they removed it without our permission. We contacted panda and found out that this is a marketing firm that just tries to sell sell sell to people. We have tried to get refunded for all the things we purchased from them to no avail. Do not waste your money buying their programs.
