Don reviewed my computer health. He called me back after reviewing my program functions, doing a virus check and other tune up functions over a 30 minute time period. Other tech companies may have made me stay on hold. I was able to watch what he was doing, but wasn't tied to the computer. He gave me a report of his findings and was friendly and easy to understand.
I have been a US Tech Support customer for years. However, I am currently very displeased. I have had problems with the back up program I purchased 7 months ago and have had to call for support several times. The last 2 calls made today, I was told that a technician would be calling me after he completed his current call. Two hours later, I called again with the ticket number and was told a technician would call in 10 minutes. It is now again 3 hours and no call. Both times I was told the supervisor was notified and it would be expedited. I feel these are just "scripts" for different situations. Such a waste of my time trying to get the service I have paid for.
I signed last year for them to fix my printer issues I was having. They could not figure out how to fix it. I forgot about it and then 1 year later they charged me $20 for a monthly subscription that I never signed up for and was not notified that I was going to be charged for this. This company is a scam. I would never use them.
My laptop was running slower than dialup. I have no computer skills and was about to call it quits and buy a new P. C. instead, I tried their support for a low monthly fee to see what could be done. The technician removed the spyware and programs that were bloating the system. And I'm relieved to say that I will not be needing to buy a new computer after all.
I had a problem when I tried to increase my privacy rating on System Mechanic Ultimate Defense. It was giving me a "low" security/privacy score, so I clicked on the "Maximize Privacy" button to increase it. Mistake! It worked too well. I started getting a never-ending reCaptcha ("Prove you're not a Robot") pop-up for everything I tried to do. On any browser. Couldn't get past it. Ever. YVONNE figured it out after a LOT of work and got rid of the reCaptcha pop-ups. I can live with a low privacy/security setting. I couldn't live with the recaptcha garbage. She's the BEST!

The tech support I received was incredible. They had figured out my computer problem and fixed everything that was occurring in a matter of an hour. Computer is working absolutely perfect now!

Superantispyware scan on bootup was showing a Trojan virus and suggesting a full scan. When initiated the scan started but some minutes later the PC shut down. On reboot the whole cycle started again.
I coontacted the SAS parent company help line and a very helpful tech (Fernando) sorted it out very patiently. Original SAS program uninstalled and reinstalled again. No problems so far so hopefully all sorted again.

I would highly recomend USTech, I purchased an upgrade from one computer to 3 computers for a very reasonable price. The Techs are very professional and and have been able to solve any issues my husband and I have both had with our computers and printers. Kudos to Andel!
This is by far the best service and value I have ever experienced. They clean off everything that has ever slowed down my computer in any way and they are quick and courteous. If there is a special problem, they go beyond the call of duty. I had a program issue with a java file not working when I replaced a computer, and I know nothing about java, but they tech understood this was a special problem and went all the way into the code of my program, written by a friend who could not access from far away, and fixed it so the program worked like new. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM THEY CANNOT FIX!

Was a victim of a Service Scam. They placed a virus on my system telling me that they were refunding me $249.99. Tech was able to resolve this virtually and I can now continue with my normal activities. Being available on a Sunday Afternoon was HUGE in my view. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I was frustrated and couldn't play a CD on a music player (ITunes). The technician found Windows Media Player on my computer and the played, and I saw Rip on it which I couldn't find on other players. Also, the technician copied and pasted a picture to my email because I was copying and pasting words with it so then, the picture wouldn't past. I am very happy now to play CD's and copy and past pictures to my email program.
Why wait on outside help when most of the time they can help with the issue. Be prepared to learn, spend and consider other options to better protect your computer.

Not as good as my other tech company, but they did get my Panda put back in, just not the same one that I'd had before. I had the Panda Lifetime Security and they installled a FreePandaDome Security so not happy about that. The guy who assisted me with my problem however, was very nice and took the time to tell me what he was doing at all times, so that was why I gave you 4 stars and the only reason why I did it.
We have this paid service for technical support with our computer. Recently the computer/screen locked up so I called the toll free line for assistance. The woman I spoke to was very difficult to understand and I tried. It was very frustrating. She seemed to understand the problem and said I needed "this" to fix it. Ok, $359.00. Say yes, say yes she keeps saying and I'm taking her word we need this to fix the problem. Then she says we need this other thing to protect our computer. She still hasn't done anything to assist with the actual problem. Again she is very difficult to understand. Keeps saying Say yes, say yes! Ok, so trusting this person eventually I say yes. $550 more or close. Then she actually tries to help. Gets frustrated with me apparently and says she will have a technician call me right away. Well…after being on the phone with her for close to 2 hours I wait for this technician who is supposedly calling right away. Four hours later I'm still waiting and a guy finally calls back who actually does help. And also installs one of the services she sold me as well. It seems to me now when I look back on this that the initial contact I had with this company was basically to sell their products whether they are needed or not. I'm not very tech savvy and have relied on this company for computer assistance - not to be sold products by someone I can barely understand (language barrier) and technically don't understand. The technician when he finally called was helpful.
I purchased the service for $518 - the sales person and the website states 30 day refund guarantee - I did not use the service and tried to cancel after 7 days and they refused - Also they were rude!

Tech department installed the updated version of System Mechanic and added extra security by installing "Secure VPN" to my computer. The work was well explained to me and done 100% efficiently
US Tech Support did a fantastic job. Our computers were very slow. US Tech cleaned up our computers and they are now much quicker and working much more efficiently. Great company!

I used to use Advanced Tech Support. Must have used them for decades. They were always pretty quick to return my calls and did a fine job, repairing my old desktop and laptop, but apparently they were purchased by a company called US Tech Support, so I continued with US Tech Support. Mistake. The sales people are persuasive and I almost ended up paying for things for which I had no need, but the time it took for them to respond to a request (this was when they were no longer Advance Tech Support) was insanely long, and I would have my cell phone with me in a store and would return to my home landline phone, and there would be 2 or 3 voicemails saying US Tech Support tried to call me and they had both of my numbers. Bad. Then, I would call back and someone would say "I will turn this over to our senior technician" and something like they would make my call a priority, and the whole agonizing wait started all over again. While their price seemed fair ($199.00/year for 3 computers and a mobile device, meaning phone) the wait was simply way too long. Would no longer recommend. A few times, the problem I wanted fixed was not fixed, and there was no explanationl
