Company was very thorough keeping us posted to puck up tickets. We got lured into another sales presentation. UGGGH. Why do I always say yes to these 90 minute presentations that ruin my vacation every single time. I know it will be high pressure and 4 hours later but I will post again after and see how bad it is
The lady who gave us our tickets was extremely rude when I wasn't interested in the Wyndham promotion. While trying to tell her to not be offended, nothing personal, she said "it's all good- I just like being spoken to with respect and as a person ". I left feeling horrible and will not purchase from this company again.
We booked tickets for Dollys Stampede and we're told we were all set. Then the day of the reservation we got a call saying it was sold out and couldn't go! I realize we were booking on short notice but if they were sold out they should have known the night I tried to book! I will call them directly from now on! We had disappointed children from out of town! We didn't have time to go somewhere else!
Do not ever use! They created the reservation, and I had to reschedule a week out with the hotel. They tried to charge me for not cancelling the same week. I had a hard time even finding the hotel online without going through them, and I so I thought they were working with the hotel. It was misleading, and the phone folks were rude and callous about it, offered no alternative. It doubled the work, and created needless stress. This was not "made easy" by any means! They are a scam.
I only gave them a 1 since I cannot give them a negative number or 0! I accidently clicked on their website and purchased tickets with the disclaimer at the top saying that you could get 100% refund until 48 hours before the event. That was a lie. I tried to cancel the transaction and could not when I realized i was not on the actual show website. I called them and they said that the disclaimer said 65% credit or a future travel voucher for a year. They also said that i completed the purchase 1.5 hours ago. The lady was rude and refused to transfer me or give me any contact info. The phone service actually states for customers to not be rude. That told me that they are in the business of tricking people! I found out later that the tickets were available for the date and time that I wanted and that the real tickets were $40 cheaper! Also they do not tell you that you have to go to their location in all of the traffic to pick up the tickets.

Easy experience. I got regular updates and helpful tips through tge process. When I picked up my tickets it was quick and easy. The staff was kind, helpful and efficient. However, I would have loved if they had been electronic to save me the extra Uber trip from downtown.
Do not purchase tickets from this online rip off! Purchased tickets. Get to Jamestown Settlement. No tickets, plus I was charged $34 for tickets to one attraction when Jamestown sells two attractions for $28. Then, you have to pick up tickets somewhere else. What? But I am at Jamestown. Can I have money back? Nope. You must request refund 48 hours in advance. But, I bought the tickets today. Oh well. Total scam! Working with Paypal to get money back!

I purchased tickets to a mystery dinner in Williamsburg, VA through Vacations Made Easy. They charged $138 for 2 adult tickets... after purchasing these tickets from them, I find the tickets for $92. I called Vacations Made Easy immediately to cancel my tickets or to get a price match (their site says guaranteed lowest prices). They refused the lowest process guarantee and said they could cancel the tickets with a 75% refund. Needless to say, I was forced to keep the tickets at a $45 higher price. All I can say is, fool me once...
Easy to make reservation, but didn't realize I would have to pick up vouchers in Sevierville before show. This is a huge pain in the $#*!. Why can't you just send a printable voucher by email with the reservation number.

It was my own fault. I thought I was on the Anakeesta Website. I was not, this site popped up, and i fell for it. The first clue was that all of their emails went straight to the junk mail folder. Since the site says "no printer, no problem", I thought, mistakenly, these would be electronic tickets. They are not tickets at all. I DID get my Vouchers for what I (turns out) overpaid for. Only, I had to drive to the welcome center to pick them up. And to be solicited to attend an open house, which, of course, I declined. Then, I still had to go through the box office line to redeem the vouchers anyway. Much time wasted, and their vouchers confused the ticket window agent for awhile. The real kicker? I was only minutes from the attraction on foot, as we were staying right across the street. So dumb. Never again! Let the buyer beware!

It's been ok so far Cabins USA leaves a lot to be desired. The cabin is in need of repair we arrived at an out of service dish washer and we called and have had no response. We left a message. The photos of the cabin are not what we got it is a false impression of what the cabin has to offer. The guttering is busted and there is trash in the front and back of the cabin.It also states that there is a "grill" it does not clearly state if it is propane of charcoal. I have taken photos. It will be hard to trust Cabins USA with a cabin selection for our next vacation.

Ordered tickets for an event on our vacation. We got to the place waited in line for an hour in the heat. To our surprise we are told our tickets are for the later show but I'm holding my reservation paper in my hand that shows 6 seats for the earlier show. I was told by the manager that I had to go through vacation made easy to find out who changed the time and seating. Of course vacations made easy denied they changed it. I have 4 kids waiting to eat at this show who stood in the heat for an hour and now we have to wait three hours for the next show. 60 dollars a ticket and we get set at different tables in the nose bleed section. The said part is not one person offered to try to do a dam thing for our trouble or anything. I will never use this company again and I won't be going back to the establishment either. Use extreme caution with this company.

We recently purchased tickets to the general Jackson Showboat. The price I paid was for standard seating yet was more than the premium seating. When I called to discuss this with a supervisor, whose name was Shelby, she told me she could only give me a 65% refund. After stating my case she stated she could give me a 90% refund. She never agreed to give me 100% of my money back even though the purchase had just been made minutes before. On top of that they wanted me to go to a location to pick up the tickets instead of emailing them to me. I never raised my voice or got angry. However I stayed persistent, And she eventually hung up on me.

Good so far, but I'd appreciate less communication please. It is getting a little overwhelming. Also, it would just be better to pick up the tickets at the actual location. I suspect that I will be getting a sales pitch when I come to pick them up (and I have already paid for them, so will not be looking forward to any other sales pitches please and thank you!).
Don't use unless like wasting your time. Bought anakeesta tickets and found out they were vouchers still had to stand in line at Anakeesta to process the vouchers. Just wasted my time at their office.
When I called the actual venue to confirm my reservation, they showed none. When I called Vacations Made Easy to cancel and get the charges returned to my card, I was told I had two options... Get a voucher for 100% to be used for another reservation, or receive 65% of the total back to my card! Don't use this company for any vacation bookings, they're shady.

My daughter and I had a good time riding the boat. It was nice to have cold water (for purchase) available, specially with all the sweating from the bright sunshine.
The crew was very kind and I love how one of the crew went around and shook hand to all the passengers.
I booked a reservation through VME to see a show in Pigeon Forge, TN and had to cancel because the date was wrong. They charge a 35% cancellation fee. The only options you have are to pay the 35% or take a 100% gift certificate good for one year to see shows in cities that you may be traveling to where you may be able to use the certificate. While the gift certificate saves you 35%, The cancellation fees are extremely high, in my opinion.
Easy and quick to reserve. However would prefer to print tickets at home. Cost more than going to site directly. Next time will go straight to that site. Traffic too bad to have to pick up tickets at secondary location in same day travel.

I will definitely tell others about my experience with Vacations Made Easy. Booking seemed easy, but my confirmation didn't have exactly what I ordered. Before I could call them about it, they called me to tell me the time was incorrect that they booked me. I told the man that I clicked on the combo ticket, but my confirmation was only for one activity. He offered to change the day and time, but what VME had available was not working with our schedule. He offered a refund, but, I settled for the one activity. However, the next day I called the place we bought tickets for and they had openings all day. So, I caked VME back and told them I wanted to go ahead and cancel. The lady told me I could only get 65% back. I told her I would not accept that. She sent me to her supervisor. In the end I got 90% back, but I'll never use, nor recommend, Vacations Made Easy.
I will definitely tell others about Vacations Made Easy. It was easy to book and the website is user-friendly.
Vacations Made Easy not so easy to figure out. They do not tell you that you need to go to a pick up point to pick up your vouchers until after you book your trip. After speaking to a supervisor they finally agreed to send me an email so I could print my voucher. The actual tour was really interesting and informative. Our driver was very knowledgeable about Nashville and the history of Country music.

I purchased tickets and the day of my show I got to get my tickets and come to find out they canceled my tickets. After jumping through hoops, they "ASSUMED" my order was duplicate because I purchased two sets of tickets. Totally different amount of people and different sum totals! No phone call or email asking me if this was correct or not. Just assumed! Most embarrassing experience ever especially when 14 of my family members went into the show. I called customer service and they were beyond rude. Worst experience ever! I will make sure no one comes here to help purchase anything!

Booked a 5:00 show and was automatically changed to 8:00 because the 5:00 show was sold out. When I called the company about the change they said it happens when shows sell out. Would not give a refund, either a future credit or 65% refund. Never using this rip-off company again
