Company was very thorough keeping us posted to puck up tickets. We got lured into another sales presentation. UGGGH. Why do I always say yes to these 90 minute presentations that ruin my vacation every single time. I know it will be high pressure and 4 hours later but I will post again after and see how bad it is
The lady who gave us our tickets was extremely rude when I wasn't interested in the Wyndham promotion. While trying to tell her to not be offended, nothing personal, she said "it's all good- I just like being spoken to with respect and as a person ". I left feeling horrible and will not purchase from this company again.
We ordered tickets for a Branson show. My husband went in to get tickets, and he was told I had to come in to get them with him. They would not give them to him until I came in. When I got in, the Gent proceeded t try to get us to do things, visit places, and sign up for things we did not want. We just wanted the tickets. When my husband said we just wanted tickets, the agent got attitudinal with us, but finally gave us the tickets. My ID was never checked...he didn't even ask my name! Why did I need to come in? Why did they try to push stuff on us? Won't use them as ticketing agent ever again!
The website sold us a product that they didn't deliver. They advertised a "resort with and indoor water park, two outdoor pools, an arcade and continental breakfast for &150.00 per night. The hotel was sub-par. The hotel pool water was dirty and stunk. The "indoor water park" cost an additional $18.95 per person. The room was small and beat up looking; the elevator was scary. We stayed long enough to know we weren't staying there, about 5 hours which included check-in, dropping bags and dining out... The vacation package was $645.00 They refused to give our money back but sent a gift card for $300.01 and said we'll call it even. We DID NOT spend a night in that hotel...
Beware. This is just a front for Wyndham Resorts time shares. We wanted tickets for the General Jackson and they talked us in to doing a 1-1/2 hour presentation with lunch for a half priced ticket. Lunch was old pulled pork and mac and cheese that had been in a warmer for who knows how long. We told the salesman that we weren't going to buy in to the timeshare but he went on with his spill. After an 1-1/2 hours we said time was up but they said we had to see the grounds to get the half price. Another hour later and several sales people later, we finally got out. The last woman was very rude when we said we weren't interested.
For starters the web site is very misleading shows to booking times one at 1:30 and another at 7:30. In reality there is only one show at 7:30. Also the mark up on the tickets is insane. Do not use this website.If you need tickets go directly to the show.
Very hard to book! Website took forever. Thought we would go to venue for ticket pick up but had to go instead to the welcome center. 30 minutes standing around waiting to receive them. Would not recommend them.
I received my confirmation and was told that my reservations were available for pick up, but when I went to pick them up, I was told that I could not get them until the day of the reservation. I found that the main objective was to sell me a time share. I did get my tickets, but now know that I paid far more than I would have if I had purchased the actual site. I will chalk this up as a bad experience and take the hit, but would never again use Vacations Made Easy.
Started to order tickets but got pulled away before finishing. Found the website again and started over. When I went to checkout, it had my previous inquiry and asked if I wanted both dates or only one of the 2 dates shown. I couldn't find the original date available again but they had it in checkout from 1st attempted order. Kudos to them
They have a no refund policy, what they fail to understand is policy is not law. Out of 558.00 I only received 362.00 back and needed a lawyer to get the rest. I am posting this review on Facebook and anywhere else I follow to maybe help someone else to avoid a problem. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Booked nightlife theater tix for 01/16/2020, in doing so also booked motel room for extra 2 days. Received a call from VME saying Nightlife Dinner Theater cancelled show. So with that being done called to cancel the extra 2 nights only to receive 65% refund! WTH? Looked at cancellation policy for a 3 star motel and 100% refund if canceled well before stay dates/ show date (I cancelled 1 1/2 months before)..
I went online for dinner cruise tickets for Savannah. Instead I'm rerouted to these asshats VME. Me thinking they're just a subsidiary of Savannah cruises continued with the purchase just to find out I was overcharged and did not get what I ordered and they were unhelpful on all accounts. They suck!

Very simple to buy tickets online. The whole package was great. Simple to set up. But please check out the hotels because ours was very bad and you advertise an indoor pool which they have never had. We had to do their work for them, no room service had to put towels out side the door and last night there we received none in return. Asked for wake up call, didn't get so missed breakfest. I am handicapped have a hard time walking. We were put on the 3rd floor very last room 322. When I asked about the distance to the room, was informed that i was a third party guest i would have to take it up with them. The ease of booking room and tickets was great. But was treated like third rate trash by the hotel. I will use Vacations made easy again but will call the hotel to ask questions on their service.
Didn't see exactly where the seats were. And wish that I could print the tickets myself. Next time I will see if there is another option to purchase tickets that I don't have to try to find where to pick up adding additional stress to the vacation

Update: I ended up calling customer service and they were amazing! The issue I had was resolved on the spot and the professionalism shown by the reps was outstanding.

Easy check out. I don't like that I have to go pick up my vouchers and they are not emailed to me. I am arriving late on the 17th, so I don't know where that leaves me with the hotel voucher. I am hoping that the hotel has the accommodations already in the system when I get there.

Wouldn't charge my credit card twice. Thankfully it bounced back because my security pin wasn't working for some reason. Probably because it wanted to charge me three times before it let all of the payments through and get their tickets at 2x their value.

We are travelling over from the U.K. To see relatives in New Jersey for Christmas and part of our Christmas present to each other is to travel to Nashville for 4 days and I especially wanted to visit and see a show at The Grand Ole Opry … your site was easy to navigate,quick and secure to use which helps enormously when booking events from outside of the U.S.A.
This company, vacations made easy, is a crap show. Tickets were booked. Vacation came and we went to pick up tickets. They printed for the week before we ever came to South Carolina. No email, no text message, no voicemail EVER stated a date for the show so I had no reason to believe anything was wrong. They wouldn't make it right. They wouldn't refund me ANY money, and they were downright rude. Yet their voicemail recording said" we understand you are upset. Please keep your conversation polite and courteous. They DON'T. Stay away. I wish I could give ZERO stars. If this is their voicemail, you know people are getting screwed every day. THEY KEEP ALL OF THE MONEY. No matter what. Many reviews say they book wrong dates. Can't be we ALL are making the same mistake. Bad bad company.

Don't use this company. I noticed that the price online was charging $50 for an adult to go on the mackinaw carriage tour instead of $36. When I called I was told the price fluctuates based on the season. All lies! The price at the kiosk was $36. I tried to call but since we were going that day they refused to refund or cancel the reservation. Don't use the company. Just buy your tickets in person.
Quickly got through. Easy to follow. Representative was very attentive to my needs. It was a smooth process to work through and to see clearly the results of the process. Thank you for the thorough follow up.
Easy to navigate and pay. Was able to book attractions easily and pick times I wanted if time slot was not sold out. Would be nice if most all indoor attractions in Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge would use them.
Do not book through them, they do not give you a 100% refund months out if you book something this is a ripoff, call the attraction directly. It cost me $70 to cancel in October for something I booked for December

I purchased 4 buy one get one tickets to three shows in myrtle beach, scheduled shows to see, paid 3 days before leaving 2 people had to cancel (mother and daughter) due to cancer surgery, I called vacations made easy, long and short although my shows were scheduled and i was only canceling 2 tickets per show, i had to cancel all of the shows, get a 65% refund, the 35% was 165.00 which they kept, then I would have had to repurchase tickets and reschedule for tickets for shows I wanted to see...BS.total ripoff...will NEVER use their services again! I am 74, on a fixed income, and have no idea if or when I will ever get another vacation. Expensive lesson learned. Do not use their services, go straight to the venue and buy tickets from the actual show, oh reason I had to cancel all tickets and reschedule...the shows were sold out...DUHHHH, i had 4 tickets on those nights and was essentially part of the sold out status...
