Company was very thorough keeping us posted to puck up tickets. We got lured into another sales presentation. UGGGH. Why do I always say yes to these 90 minute presentations that ruin my vacation every single time. I know it will be high pressure and 4 hours later but I will post again after and see how bad it is
The lady who gave us our tickets was extremely rude when I wasn't interested in the Wyndham promotion. While trying to tell her to not be offended, nothing personal, she said "it's all good- I just like being spoken to with respect and as a person ". I left feeling horrible and will not purchase from this company again.
I purchased tickets for the mountain coaster, I did not see anything during the purchase that indicated the tickets would have to be picked up in person at a welcome center. A couple days after the purchase I received an email stating my tickets were ready to be picked up at the welcome center. Vacation is busy enough without having to find a location in the middle of the trip to pick up tickets at :( I called to cancel the tickets and was told they would only refund 65% of my purchase. I asked if the tickets could be mailed and they said no. In the day in age when everything is electronic, I would expect they could email the vouchers or at least mail them as an option. I should have checked the reviews before I purchased as it looks like lots of other customers also had trouble with their orders and cancellations. I for one would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.
I wanted to post an update to my original review. I was contacted today by Niki who was very helpful and understanding of the situation. She was able to email me the tickets I had purchased through their online website and even went above and beyond to sent me a gift card for my trouble. She listened and then fixed the situation. Thank you Niki for your help in getting everything rectified. I truly appreciate and will continue to support companies that work with their customers and reach out in person to help keep their customers happy.

Purchased tickets to Ripleys aquarium and they sold me tickets to a dolphin sightseeing tour. Couldn't get anyone on the phone and two disputes filed thru paypal were both denied! Total scam!

I received what I thought was my confirmation notice, but the next day, after I made my other travel reservations, Nina from Vacations Made Easy left a voice mail that the reservation I was told had been made had actually NOT been made, and that my charge was already reversed. I contacted Customer Support and was told they could do nothing more for me. Not too pleased with Vacations Made (NOT SO) Easy. Oh, and the Norton Guarantee was pretty worthless, too ("At least you got your money back"). Not a return customer!

Went to Riga Tony's tonight. Absolutely enjoyable. Fun and the actors were great and professional. We are local and will go back and take our guests with us in the future.
Easy and nice. The only thing I would like to see is the tickets to be emailed to you. Especially if your only there for 1 or 2 days. It gives the visitor more time to enjoy the vacation.

A great trip on the Cumberland river to downtown Nashville to view the lights of the city. Food was good, the cruise was very nice and the entertainment was FANTASTIC! There was a female fiddler, first name Rachael, I think, and she was the BEST I have ever seen. This young lady made the cruise a memorable experience.
We were unable to pick up the tickets at the mentioned address but when we arrived from our vacation we contacted the company and received our money back.

This company has mastered the art of deception! They manage to get your information and then your money having you overcharged by 30%! You buy, then your told to pick up from an alternate area, then you can go to the show not knowing you're out a large sum of money because they are dirtbags! NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM!

It was quick and easy to make the reservation. Wish we didn't have to pick up the vouchers in person - emailing them to us would have been so much more convenient.
The site is very user friendly and easy to use. It was fun to see all the options available to make our vacation trip a truly fun filled event. We are so excited for the dates to arrive!
It was primarily a sales pitch for other things to do in the area and we needed to drive somewhere to get tickets rather than going directly to the theatre.
Price jacked up after getting our tickets. We will NEVER use them again. We want a refund. Complete bill. Plus we has to drive a distance to get vouchers. Horrific
Googled the name of the show we wanted to see and there website came up. We thought it was the website for the venue, so we made the purchase and kept thinking wow the price seemed high. I looked at my email conformation and realizes it was not from the venue. When digging deeper in google I found the venue website and checked the prices of the show and found out I paid double to vacations made easy then what I would have paid if I would have booked thru the venue a costly almost 200.00 mistake! Venue price 230.00 vacations made price 410.00 I called them within minutes of realizing my mistake and asked them to void out my transaction, letting them know I realized I didn't book with the venue but thought I had as they popped up when I googled the venue. I explained that there pricing is double the real cost and I would just like to void the transaction or have it processed for a refund. I was told there would be a 35% fee they would keep to do the refund WOW! They sure must know they are scammers to have a fee like that, lots of customers must have realized they had been duked and tried to get refunds, so the company has it set that they win no matter what. Who knows, if they did ever have a great deal I might have been a customer again but with them not doing the right think I will never buy anything from them and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about there scam of a business
